New CEO has GOT to secure funding from somewhere. It’s urgent and an existential threat to the company right now. It will take time to put in place so he must be searching for solutions .

Next RNS I now think might be a placing. Hopefully Dec and NICE news will provide some respite from the decline.

Squeaky bum time here now as this CYP2C19 news is the biggest positive this company could get in years and yet the market refuses to recognise the potential. That’s largely down to Budd after his many failures at commercialising anything but this assay has the best chance of transforming the outlook for GDR and still the market isn’t interested.

If a buy out offer lands then Tony has to RNS it and offer it to share holders, unless he and the BODs deem it an unreasonable offer. Tony doesn’t have the final say in that scenario . He can advise share holders as to whether or not they should accept but it would have to go to a vote.

That’s one very good reason if he’s confident he should keep positive comms going. In the event an offer landing out of the blue holders might be more inclined to stick with Tony in the belief their investment will give them a greater return long term. Right now it would be a fairly simple choice but another six months with another couple of major partnerships signed up and who knows?!

Anyway, I actually agree it’s unlikely just now. Just a possibility that’s all.

Question in my mind is how low will this go once the next extension is announced. Bernie has played this card of it being 'tantalisingly' close far too much over the last 6 months. they are imo only doing one month extensions to stir up hope among retail share holders that the sign off is imminent. Personally convinced it's months away still but that's fine. If this drops then that's a chance to purchase a few more and lower my average. Can't take too much risk here though. It is Africa and it is Mali and....Bernie is involved. He's missed every deadline he's ever set with KOD so why people now think he's going to hit some kind of marker is beyond me. Said it before...by end of Jan 2024 imho. Just gotta be patient - and brave. And probably a little bit stupid helps too when it comes to investing in the AIM mining sector.

Chairman is in Westminster but anyone's guess if he is able to confer with reps from the UK MoD or MfT.

Doesn't matter. VDTK panels are far too expensive at the moment to reach critical mass in sales. Product is excellent but cost of production is far too high to make any profit and the salaries being taken are killing any positive financial outlook

Imv mms were complicit (PH?) in driving the share price up towards 2p then a load of forward selling and then the huge drop to allow the placing. What really stuck in my throat was the fact the company in the RNS effectively congratulated themselves for being able to raise anything at all.

I’ve already written this off as it just stinks from every angle. I suspect some in-the-know people will end up making a lot of money out of this company but it’s already been decided it won’t be any retail investors. Tom Winnifrith was right all along

I reported them already. Once over the price manipulation to let the recent ‘strategic investor’ in at was effectively a 75% discount and then also because of no TR1 in spite of that so-called strategic investor instantly owning about 20% of the company. I asked them to look into a serious level of forward selling and what imho amounts to insider trading.

I didn’t even get an acknowledgement of either letter. That’s the wonderful FCA for you though. They’re not interested in retail investors. It’s all run by the iis and slippery as hell.

Not sold yet. Just waiting for one more piece of news on this MOU and if that goes belly up then I’ve lost £130k in total. I wanted to support a start up in green energy that was good aesthetically. Much good it’s done me.

DoM-bella: I’m usually very cautious in my predictions but for once aim going to put my neck on the line and say as soon as an RTO is confirmed this will shoot back up to 4 - 5p at the very least, and then, depending of course on how many shares are issued in the new company, I’d hope for way more if it’s something like Bodycare. If their last set of accounts has them with assets worth £14m and they’re looking to expand then I’d say an IPO is going to be ambitious. A share price of even 4p equates to a mcap of just £2m at the moment. To raise the funds just to pay for the RTO I think they’dbe looking for much higher.

I’m!peobably being horribly and stupidly optimistic for once but this, if indeed it is Bodycare, with its current backers stands to achieve far greater value imho. All depends on what they offer existing ITS share holders.

We’re just 8 weeks away now from having another NICE evaluation published on what is a far bigger assay in terms of potential revenue than AIHL. Back in January at a similar time out from expected news the sp had already started to lift considerably. This time there’s absolutely no sign of any interest. This is making me feel like something is wrong or…that the market is expecting another raise. That’s essentially what Cheek has to do first before anything else in his new role. He can either do it via an ii or, as I was expecting, on the back of another significant rise in the sp.

No rise in sp, no drawdowns from RF and no cash from anywhere else = trouble. Throw of the dice now. Never ever thought it would get this bad for Genedrive.
