Or maybe not. Markets are just crap atm but I guess if SW wasn’t there someone would probably question why not! Anyway, another business class airfare for him and a secretary or employee and a few nights In a nice hotel. As he has found already, the US is a very tough nut to crack & on current form I doubt very much he will have anything new to say that is going to suddenly make a difference.

All of this just serves to remind people, or at least it should, that this is a punt, and a risky one at that. Any number of things could go wrong. It’s taken not far off a year and there’s still no sign of an end date. Just be careful folks.

Bernie is going to be pushed to put a positive spin on this next extension so my guess the RNS will s imply be at statement of the extension and no comforting words from Bernie. Think we’ve had all the comms they cd manage recently and it’s now time to shut up shop for a bit and just let the market do its thing. And we all know how confident the markets are just at the moment….

Actually expecting a drop back into the .3s once the RNS lands. Good chance to lower the average I guess but it’s becoming increasingly uncomfortable to hold with any degree of confidence.

Admittedly a big drop from just a week ago but silence is always rewarded with a loss of confidence and that means people sell. Never quite reached my target in the mid .90s but not it was close. Kicking myself now of course. Let’s hope we don’thave to wait for too long for some positive news. I don’t want to say it but I do get the feeling a raise might be on the way. You see it happen all the time: a good rise in a stock, followed by a drop to where you it started and then bang, a raise at a discount. Often it also means it’sbeen forward sold so a double kick in the wotsits. I hope not though, I was enjoying this getting close to a penny.

Everyone, myself included, believed the NICE recommendation would be the door to AIHL being rolled out fully in the NHS and that EU sales would also follow soon after. That was until it dawned on us, Starres was the first who cottoned on, that having been fast tracked by NICE, they had effectively then put us on a slow train to commercialisation. 3 years of data collection before they do another review. Same for this stroke marker test. No chance of a similar rise this time sadly. Hopefully it’ll make it back towards 15p but I’m not sure why it would when sales are so far off and funding is a critical problem already.

A buyout at a budget price imo is the best we can hoped for or else we’re trapped here for years, unless people want to take the loss.

Buy out at 30p and I’d bite your right arm off just now.

Just dire. From bad to worse every single week since the last NICE news was released. It’s been a relentless car crash. Budd should be followed by the Chairman Gilham too. He was asleep at the wheel whilst Budd made error after error and sleep walked the company into this massive hole.

Omg just checked in here out of curiosity. I sold out about a year ago as the CEO was behaving more and more like a crook. What the hell has happened though for it to be down nearly another 80% ?? Christ , you poor long suffering sods!

Anyone explain why ARBK in the US managed an uplift of nearly 50% in the last 5 days where as ARB only managed 25%? Still not bad but I just wonder why it did so much better over there..

Yes but only if the Directors release confirmation an RTO will take place. Lots of work to do to line one up, which ever company it involves.

Think PAS14 is right in that it’s highly unlikely to be this side of Christmas. Sadly.

Still nothing on this which makes me think much of the £500k that recently came in funding was either forward sold - although I just don’t think there was anything like that volume over those two or three months in the summer to cover it - or is being held by a broker (Peel Hunt) on behalf of someone who for some reason either won’t or doesn’t need to declare a TR1 eg are they from abroad?

In my mind the most obvious candidate is SerendipEquity who want to build a stake in VDTK. This would imho be a good thing no? Makes the notion of a JV more likely.

Willetts said the JV could ‘transform the outlook’ for VDTK.

I hope I’m on the right track and that things are bubbling away under the surface.

Bid dropped to 9 and we’re still red so assuming it was a worked sell that has take a while.

Does anyone here know categorically if AIHL has gained product registration anywhere outside the UK? I’m just looking at the list of distributors and it’s a good list. Some of them have been there as partners for GDR for well over a year so I’m surprised we haven’t heard about any registrations to date.

And look at GsT down 30% just this week.

At least GDR have real and tangible products to sell.

Anyway, thanks for yet another of your daily predictions system. I’m sure they’re a great source of comfort to many who read this bb. For what it’s worth I’m really surprised this hasn’t started to move upwards but I think the fog clearing after the AIHL conditional recommendation from NICE back in March and the ensuing death spiral finance deal with RiverFort have scared everyone off. It’s now a case of wait and see if there is any surprise from NICE in December and just hope for the best.

Of course I don’t believe Bankrupt for a second. No way anyone would touch this company whilst it’s in the grip of a death spiral finance crisis. Why pay up to 30p any time now when you cd wait for it to actually go bankrupt and then offer creditors what they’re owed and leave share holders with nothing? If anyone offered now then it would have to go to a vote and I believe there are enough lths stupid enough to still believe this is worth more and would turn an offer of 30p down.

So, no buy out offer on the table as far as I’m concerned. The new CEO won’t be here for long is my guess. If the sp doesn’t rise as we approach NICE news in Dec then GDR is down for and Cheek will jump in Jan or Feb. Then curtains.No company can spend £400k a month for years and make £50k annual income and survive, no matter how good the product.

ITSarm is hopefully an RTO target. Gambled a bit more there than I meant to but it’s 50/50. I reckon that’s far better odds than KOD getting this deal with Hainan signed off anytime soon. The more I think about it and the longer the wait the greater the chance imho that Mali govt has done a deal Director with Hainan and are coming up with the means to eradicate KOD altogether from any potential deal. Worst case scenario of course. Hopefully it gets done by end of January but the casual way the presentation was referred to by Steve makes me think it’sactually going to be further dish the line for some reason. If it was going to be out forward to the Mali govt Ina presentation I’d hope he would know the specific date but…it was a very wave-of-the-hand kind of statement, as if there’s no need to worry about that any time soon. Steve and Bernie = Laurel and Hardy perhaps?

That would reduce my losses to an acceptable (just) level I guess. Waste of nearly 4 years though being invested in what should have been a huge success story. Not all the Buddster’s fault though . Govt back handers and greed and stupid levels of red tape have all conspired against the very specific aim of AIHL and other assays ie to get to market as quickly as possible to improve the quality of medical care and save the NHS money. Very noble aims but constantly tripped by the very organisations that says they’re trying to help eg the UK govt and NICE itself.

I agree with you for once Doc but would you honestly expect or be happy with your investment declining in value for so long whilst showing no concrete signs of improving or indeed having witnessed some fairly major failures in that time? Each to their own.

Then be prepared to be down in the dumps for a few days sash.... Another extension is coming 100% imo. And another one at the end of next month too. And December in fact.... Bernie's very generous and giving that way: when you only want one of something he gives you several. Think if them as extra Christmas presents lol

It's gutting to read that from an RNS so long ago Bonkers. Makes you realise the so called experts have no more clue fo what to expect than any pi.

I first invested here because the CEO kept repeating the term 'transformational' and was deliberately luring investors in with potentially big rewards, as I'm sure many others did too. Interviews, RNSs, Twitter messages. Just always repeating the same message. I still wonder if PJ sailed too close to the wind and was advised he should step away lest he be investigated. I was prepared to wait a couple of years but had no idea it would actually more than halve over three years and that I'd be waiting for several more years thereafter for a return and....in those first three years for the company to have actually achieved zero. Oh, apart from a number of IPOs, which have all worked out really well for POW.

Invest in our company: we will pay ourselves really well, halve (or more) the value of your investment and after three years come back to you to say sorry the market isn't great and the one bit of drilling we actually did do came up with nothing commercially viable oh and by the way can you cough up some more dosh please or we will happily dilute you further? Your choice. We've got some really exciting prospects coming up that could be ...you guessed it... transformational.

Joke of a company but totally my own fault. Written this one off. Hope others won't make the same mistake.
