Invesortrev - Brokers have just switched to closing only, after allowing long positions yesterday. They tend to do that when the odds are not stacked in they're favour or they get wind of news :)

I've been proved right about the constant decline in the sp for months and months but if folks prefer to read the inane drivel from the likes of system and nissan then go for it. It matters not to me. There are some useful posts here from a couple of posters and that's why I read the bb and comment. I've still got £20k here (well now worth more like £14k) that I'm just about ok to leave and hope GDR can be rescued from Budd's ashes.

Next thing we hear is that all the debt arrangements have been updated, suggesting the creditors are going to have to wait rather longer than hoped to be repaid from the funds expected from the parcel of diamonds. I would imagine AP is breathing rather heavily at the moment with these guys leaning over his shoulder. I do hope he's not been telling porky pies about the parcel. If it ever does arrive I think it's more likely to contain a pork pie than any diamonds. Perhaps Ap will find a nice note in there saying 'sorry, we know you're greedy so hope this will sustain you whilst you wait for the real thing...

For a tiny company with a mcap of less than £7m there are far too many Directors here all taking large salaries without ever producing anything for share holders. It's a farce and AP is having a laugh for sure but he may just be entering dangerous waters playing with everyone else's money and offering nothing but lies and platitudes.

I absolutely wouldn't put it past him to drop yet another placing on share holders here before Christmas.

Should have ducked out when it was 3p recently but there was a stream of positive news flow, well, via twitter, which all seems to point to things improving gradually. No reason to think this won't pull round again eventually and get back towards 3p in the next 12 months so I'm afraid I'll be holding on for a while longer.

Cheek will either hold his hands up saying ‘I couldn’t save the ship as it was in such dire straits thanks to previous CEO’ or ‘the best thing for shareholders is to agree to a takeover for £5m and come away with what you have now! Or risk losing everything. A distressed sale will leave us pis with nothing at all.

Simply because that's exactly what it will be on this review. It will remain 'final' until the test is reviewed in 3 years time and when enough data has been gathered to satisfy NICE that it can hopefully upgrade its' decision to a FULL approval rather than just a conditional one, exactly as happened with AIHL. Not rocket science. Although perhaps if it was GDR might fare better than in the healthcare diagnostic sector :)

Well Lenoman I’ll say it again and again but without fear anyone from EUA doing anything about it as they are busy trying to fight off proper legal battles.

I think this will be wound up very soon and anyone with any money still here will be counting their losses. If EUA was truly a heavyweight outfit with £bns worth of resources and assets then why would Gowling risk going after them and in such drastic fashion? Gowling know exactly what the score is and are clearly either going to get their money with in the next two weeks or put EUA out of business. Just my opinion you understand.

I don’t do Twitter but your absolute Right, it’s too good to be true. If it was don’t you think the sp would have leapt up today. CEO is doing his best but the market conditions are woeful and no sign of things changing any time soon and the RNSs are becoming increasingly shallow and desperate and the market knows the business model won’t work. The odds are so heavily stacked against even one branch being successful that the odds of several - ergo POW - are just silly.

If they’ve got loads of cash to spend on a drilling campaign then get on and do some drilling. Still no date though for anything going in the ground. Think they want to ensure they get their salaries for another year in the back first.

JB - it means GDR submit a report stating what they believe then test can do. The data gathering which then commences once NICE gives a conditional approval will take a further three years. At that point the test will be reassessed this time backed up the requisite body of evidence gathered and hopefully be granted aFULL recommendation.

That’s three years down the line and to simply assume no one else anywhere in the world isn’t also thinking along similar lines to GDr is naive. Any American outfit could produce something similar and be given FDA approval Ina matter of months (De novo or 510k) and snatch up the US market from under GDR’s sleepy nose.

Ultimately it’s the NHS and it’s monolithic sized bureaucracy that has slowed progress down to a snail’s pace and will see a company like GDR - that should be supporting the NHS - go bust or be bought up by a foreign entity for peanuts. The only beneficiaries here will be River Fort, Cheek and Gilham.

My nerves are fine tks jimmy. In my mind I've pretty much written this off so if something does end up hasppening then it will be all the more enjoyable, but I'm realistic about the likelihood.

Sorry but putting out an RNS to say the CEO has done an interview smacks a little of desperation. The interview was conducted on Nov 2nd and yet the company think it's so important that it RNSs it 5 days later.... Something very weird with that. Could also be an extraordinarily naive/crass attempt to mask the rather more impactful RNS that went out just before it.

Sp supposedly holding up but more tellingly the bid has dropped. I"m expecting some fairly hefty sells towards the end of the day here.

AIHL hasn’t had product registration anywhere outside the uk yet so how do you think sales are going to occur there? Sorry, I know people are desperate here but you can’t ignore the fact that not one of the distributors set up in numerous territories outside the uk has yet to announce they’ve got AIHL registered so they can sell it. Budd is the guy you can thanks for that as he said 3 or 4 years ago the company was focused on commercialisation of GDR products. He was either simply incompetent or.. paid backhanders by someone to deliberately be slow in getting these boxes ticked. Regardless of what had happened the next sales news will only cause the sp to take another hit. I’d hope they’ve increased from £50k per six months but can’t see how actually.
