JB- someone with deep pockets and can afford the FDA application fees and to keep the lights on for another 2 years before sales revenue begins to flow. It seems expensive as that would alone cost about £15m with current GDR monthly spend but…consider the revenue AIHL and CYP2C19 can bring in globally as of theee years time. Eye watering so if they bought GDr now for £25m they would more than quadruple that in the 1st year of full global sales. If I had a spare £25m knocking about I’d go for it.

Instead, thanks to Budd and Gilham’s lack of progress GDR is now in bed with RF who will most likely end up buying GDR or being given it when it goes bust as an existing creditor ie for what they’ve put in thus far, approx £3m. Yes they would have to find the extra £15m to keep it going but then be in a brilliant position to sell it on once sales are on the near horizon and the income is guaranteed. That’s why I’m surprised a n offer hasn’t landed before now from one of the big pharmas to snap this up and have it in the bag. Either way, GDR is now buggered and share holders will be lucky to come away with any profit from current sp levels.

There are several resident posters here determined to always talk about any miners other than ARB. And when on the odd occasion someone asks a perfectly fair question about ARB one of them gets in to slam it down or put only the most dire of predictions in front of everyone. Why? If none of you have any confidence in it why bother posting here day after day? Odd.

No one knows what’s going to happen and imho if this was such a dead duck then the market would just drop it hard and fast. As it is there’s a mcap of £40m ish and a lot of debt but… whilst the chances of a real resurrection might indeed be slim there is a chance it will survive and thrive if there’s a good bull run in btc. The halving might end up being good for many small miners. BlackRock bought a small stake in ARB when the sp was at about 15p I think. Have they sold or gone short? Not sure they have, so what do they see here on the horizon that obviously many of you don’t? . Just intrigued. Don’t have much of a holding here but I’ve averaged down a bit of late since the sp hit below 8p and now it’s looking like it might have been an ok decision. Of course btc cd plummet at a moments notice but for now it’s holding up well

I absolutely understand that, and of course it is something SW has to do now. My doubt is because it’s fairly obvious to savvy investors who know anything about this sector that POW are no where near any major drilling campaigns, even the ones we’vebeen told about have been given no time line, and so it’s fairly clear POW needs more money so it can spend it and most likely do a raise as soon as the sp starts to improve. Not that enticing a prospect but for those willing to take a punt and also wait for years then all is fine

Cheek would only buy shares if he knew for sure there was a future for gdr and that the sp would rise. He hasn’t bought any shares! They need it sold asap or it’ll go bankrupt within six months and everything will go to the creditors - River Fort pick it up for peanuts.

The main thing is that two reputable execs took the decision to stop ITS from being wound up. Why bother? The outgoing directors agreed to forgo their last salary payments in lieu of something happening further down the track. Change of address to known entities looking for a listing. No guarantees of course but I’d say the odds are ok. No more, no less.

Imv it’s a case of nothing ventured, nothing gained by the new Directors.

Franky is right. This has just been badly managed and at the worst possible time for the stock market in general. The fact that Cheek can't find anything to say to share holders suggests he's not interested in building up any kind of rapport or support with existing share holders as he knows what's coming further down the track. It has to be another placing imho and most likely with RF but at with even more crippling terms than before. Cheek and GDR have no choice. I was right about this hitting the 8s and I'm even more confident now it's going to sink further. It's gutting for all genuine lths and I feel for everyone. David Budd took over £1m in the last 4 years whilst share holders have been shafted.

Not sure where or when I picked up the figure of $2m from but fairly sure that's the right ball park figure. Could have been in one of the handful of Budd's presentations.

I sold over half of my holding at 15p and then kept some in, hoping against hope really even though there have been no positive signs.

At 10p I had £20k left in and that's obviously starting to disappear too so I've had enough. At this rate it will just be system, nissan and Chaiwala left. Good luck to them. At least they can keep each other company in their penury seeing as they're most likely one and the same person and being kept in the same institution.

Had several chances ot get out of this with decent profit and never took one. My bad

Another £16k dumped already this morning and less than £500 bought.

Hate to say it but Bankrupt is right. Something is definitely wrong here and some people somewhere know it hence the constant selling.

My own opinion is that RF are restricting the finance deal and probably offering to continue drawdowns but at a much lower price eg 6p and in return they take another 30 or 40% of the company’s shares. It’s not called death spiral finance for nothing.

Yes occams, and had we qualified for De novo or 510k that would have been great. However, we were told we should know in about six months if the pre-submission informed us of either of these much quicker and cheaper routes had become available to us. As with most things GDR we heard nothing and a it’s been about a whole year since those discussions with FDA began. Oct 22.

Cheek can’t do anything in current market conditions other than try to keep the lights on and hope something unexpected comes from the NICE decision due to be published in Dec. If the decision goes against GDR then it’s curtains. The fact that the sp is declining constantly bit by bit two months away from that decision being known makes me think it’s not good news. With AIHL the rise was constant over 3 months ie from the moment the actual decision was made to when it was published. This time gdr has actually gone down so I’m thinking something is up.

Well done to all the holders. Was actually going to top up whilst it was in the lower .4s but decided I cd wait. Boy what a missed opportunity. Anyway, interesting to see how high this climbs now.

Full cost of FdA submission is $2m per assay. GDR barely have enough money to buy the tea and biscuits beyond about ‘March 2024. Unless they can find a private Trust willing to sponsor it then FDA is on the back burner for the foreseeable.

It’s becoming clear we’re not going to see a similar rise to the at the start of this year and that makes me incredibly nervous about the short and mid term future. No reductions to monthly spend and still no sales significant enough such that the CEO seems it worthy of an RNS all means massive costs with no income. What are RF up to?? It is in their interest currently for the sp to drop as low as possible so they can demand more and more shares (& this a stake in the company) to the point where they can start influencing decisions at Board level. They may even insist they have one of their own appointed to the Board. GDR can’tattract any funding from anywhere else atm so whose to say RF aren’t now eyeing up buying GDR themselves outright and put it up for sale to hep get their money back and make a profit sooner than they would if they just held on and wait for GDR to start selling? If they chose that route someone would have to cough up the funds to keep GDR lights on fit another three years.

Honestly, I think this could be really grim for share holders here. One more small spike and I’ve decided to sell up. Just can’t see any way forward for the company to survive for three yrs without something really drastic happening eg buyout on the cheap. 8s today I suspect
