AIHL can be bought and used in the UK now by any NHS Trust or private hospital, it just has to find the money rather than being paid for automatically out of NHS funds. We’ve not been told of a single private neonatal unit purchasing the test which is a worry. It’s a small cost, £5k for the machine, easy to operate and the tests are about £80 each. Why would private health care organisations not use them. It’s been a sh.t show for sure but the worst thing the former CEO did was set GDR up with a death spiral finance deal. It’s as if he was actually trying to sabotage GDR for a potential buyer….he’s a greeedy man so I wouldn’t put it past him to have accepted a ‘reward’ for GDR performing quite so badly.

Don’t knit how many salaries are being paid or at what cost but over the last 3 years the sales team have been a massive failure for GDR and an expensive one too.

Takeover bid coming soon imo and at about 14p a share. Which we should accept or risk losing everything

NICE will withdraw the guidance if the technology developer does not meet the conditions in section 4.2 on monitoring.

After the end of the evidence generation period (3 years), the developer should submit the evidence to NICE in a form that can be used for decision making. NICE will review all the evidence and assess whether or not the technology can be routinely adopted in the NHS.

We are 8 months in so I'm afraid FULL approval won't be here for at the very least another 3 years as Nice will review the evidence once submitted and that can take up to another 6 months. I'm afraid the very earliest it will gain full approval is Sept 2026. AND....should GDR not present either enough evidence or in the right way then NICE can actually withdraw even the conditional approval.

Sorry it makes for grim reading. Even worse is that CYP2C19 will also have to undergo the same data collection. This is why I now think the sp has not budged on iota even though publication of NICE's report is due in only 3 weeks time. GDR will not be able to sell it until it's registered (which I think it may actually be already in the UK) but no NHS Trust will have to purchase the machines and use the tests. Unless some other kindly Trust is prepared to buy the machines and pay for the tests then GDR is by my reckoning is at least another 3 years off generating any serious level of income from its assays.

I had hoped the Stroke marker test might be deemed such a significant life saver and money saver for the NHS that it would be fast tracked but as we've seen with AIHL there are no short cuts.

GDR can only survive as a company if it is given or loaned the necessary amount to keep it on the road for another 3 years OR it is taken over. Debt could easily accrue spectacularly quickly if RF decide not to play ball and GDR will find itself the centre piece in a distressed sale. If that happens then we'll all be lucky to walk away with 3 or 4p a share. If that. It's grim.

I honestly can't think what the CEO does Mon - Fri 9 - 5 for his salary? It's always bugged me that the Company is UK registered, trades on the LSE, has a warehouse in Italy and has it's CEO in Thailand. Has there ever been any benefit to RR living there and working on behalf of the company? If VDTK were selling hundreds and thousands of panels there then fine but I don't know of any business happening in that part of the world. More's the pity.

Peel Hunt have them tucked away for someone. Question is who and what are their plans for VDTK. We're more likely to hear from them than we are the actual Company.

If it was Serendipequity who loaned the £500k then they can sit pretty knowing they'll make tons as and when the jv is formalised. Peel Hunt may have millions of shares but it's clear they're not dumping any. The handful of sells are imv most likely disgruntled pis.

Agree Mikey. Some games being played here now that the funding is in. This doesn't make any sense and Hainan will not be wanting to get rid of their shares already at this price or indeed for the next few years I'd imagine.

Tell that to Gangfeng (*Chinese) who bought up a massive resource in Mexico (Bacanora). They actually acted in a similar fashion to Hainan only that was several years ago. The whole situation is more urgent now so, having already got a large stake in this, will they soon just jump for the lot? Could be exciting here very soon.

Yes they are and I imagine they are rather disappointed at how this stock has performed since getting involved. So, what might they do, just throw more money at it - throwing good money after bad - or try to find a third party who can bring some cash to the table and without risking more of their own funds help the stoke recover? I'm no loan shark but i know what I'd do. Just hope Cheek can put some crumbs on the table for share holders to feed off soon as we've been starved of any good news for a very long time.

Tons of small sells keep hitting the trade floor at exactly the same moment every time this starts to rev up. Irritating in the extreme. Mms playing games for their mates but let's hope there aren't too many more drops back down to the 1.4 level before the anchor is once and for all lifted.

Agree about more dilution. It's the only way and RF might actually insist on GDR finding money from elsewhere before they re-engage with the £300k drawdowns.

Question is, at what price will the next placing come at? RF can hold fire before they ask for their next load of shares and if the sp is dropped to 4p then they can obviously ask for millions more in lieu of the shortfall on their initial investment. They'll make an absolute killing once/if the sp recovers

If vdtk products are being sold then the BODs are curiously keen to remain very quiet about any progress on that front. Or any other for that matter. Product development? Discussions on MOU? Nothing. Utterly disastrous investment and the worst company comms of any out there on AIM - and believe me there’s a lot of stiff competition in that regard.
