Thing is, by making the spread so big they put off many potential trades in both directions imo so end up making far less money themselves. I’ll never understand all the machinations of mms. I have £15k (@ todays value) left here and am willing to let it ride in the hope of a resurrection for the company. It has excellent products but management have completely failed to do what they said they were totally focused on ie commercialisation. In that respect they have failed miserably and the company has been paying several salaries for years to sales reps who have to date achieved nothing.

This is AIM and stocks such as this one thrive and survive on sentiment. You can only create sentiment if you communicate with the market. Silence rarely breeds confidence and optimism. The new CEO thus far is no better than the Dudd. Confidence here is at an all time low unless you’ve got your head buried deep in the sand.

I’m expecting poor results (again), no news on FDA and an update on the situation with RF which I doubt will Be very positive. Also confirmation of the NICE delay. I see the sp dropping further and there’s a real risk the company will either go into administration and as a creditor RF will most likely pick up the IP in lieu of debt owed or GDR is snapped up for peanuts eg current value ish of £10m.

There is though a very small chance Cheek gets funding from somewhere else unexpectedly, can shake off RF and deliver a snippet of positive news eg hoping NICE will deliver a FULl recommendation owing to the fact this stroke marker test could utterly dwarf AIHL in terms of how much it could save the NHS, and with all of that sentiment returns in buckets and the sp soars to 68p and I walk away after 4 years of being invested without a loss.

I know the odds are stacked against the positive outcome but I live in hope. Each to their own. What I won’t do though is try and paint a rosy picture when what we’re presented with is anything but.

Nissan, I think this is a ruse to distract from the NICE delay which has been exposed by a poster here on the LSE bb! I’ve always held out some hope (against hope) that GDR will rise from the ashes but this is a huge blow. RF will be delighted as it means they can apply as much pressure as they want and GDR now have to give them whatever they want in return for saving the company. Hate to think what % of GDR is about to be given away by Cheeky but you know it’s coming.

Can anyone recall how long the delay was last time? I may be wrong but i think we were due news in Oct 2022 and then it finally arrived in February 23. So a 5 month delay.

Absolutely gutting for lths to have to go through this all again but it does explain why there has been no increase in the sp of late. Obviously pro traders knew about this or expected it and so have not yet jumped on board.

If we were to get news in February then I would hope the tide would begin to turn in early January. as it did at the start of this year. I'm not expecting the rise to be anything like as spectacular as for the AIHL recommendation because we ll now know it can only be a provisional recommendation but it should definitely rise all the same

According to GS20 exchange website volume is decent and it still looks as if they're earning anything between $15k and £25k per day in commissions. Anyone know what their profit from that would be? If that's now pure revenue then it doesn't make any sense at all for the mcap to be where it is.

If it's true then share holders have a case with the FCA to find out why the market hasn't been informed by GDR of the company being wound up or suspended from activity.

We know some of the staff have been out at a handful of Conferences in the EU but that wouldn't explain why all the R & D staff aren't at work. It's a serious matter and if you can't prove what you say I feel I should report your post for being misleading at the very least.

Prion, with the exception of Budd and Matthew Fowler, all of these people resigned 5 yrs or longer ago so I don't think there's a mass walk out or anything.

Just looking back over RNSs to see if I can work out what ever happened to the FDA application. There was an RNS in Oct 2022 saying GDR were in discussions with FDA to ascertain which route they could engage with, 510k or De Novo. Just one month later this one liner was put in the Final Audited results RNS.

'We have commenced the process for FDA approval, as we see huge potential for AIHL which is additionally supported by the litigious nature of the US market.'

So that's Nov 2022 the process was actually started and since then nothing from the company on FDA. I will ask at the results presentation what the current status is of this process. It could be that it's gone cold or been rejected and the BOD in their wisdom decided not to inform the market, or it could still be active. Either way it would be good to have this confirmed from the CEO.

I will also ask how the BODs feel they're doing with regard to being 'committed to improving engagement with share holders' . Should be an interesting meeting but I am fairly sure they will pre select questions already submitted and avoid having to answer any awkward questions.
