I don’t know of any specific order due with Metrotile, let alone one that’s worth anything as much as 200,000 euros. The MOU is with NZV and if it comes to fruition the new manufacturing centre will be in Italy so I’m not sure how or why you think there might be an initial pilot scheme in Thailand . I know the CEO resides there so perhaps you know of some possible connections he has there. I sincerely hope you’re right but atm it looks like a healthy dollop of wishful thinking.

GDR with mcap of £8m IS cheap! If the snapped it up for £15m I would consider that an absolute steal. Anyone turn down 14p a share right now? I’m afraid I wouldn’t based on lack of confidence this BOD has the ability to see this company survive

$2bn volume in one day is just not credible at this stage imho. That would mean roughly $1m in commission a day. If there was any truth in it Trust me the mcap would not be £25m! It would be more like £1bn!

Imv they’re more likely to want to gain authorisation without supervised testing and that it may come more quickly than going through the Sandbox testing programme. It says it ‘may’ involve blah blah blah not that it definitely IS . Splitting hairs maybe. Either way progress in various areas is being made and it’s not going to be long before something tight here goes ping and it’s off to the races

If there is a rto then we can pretty much guarantee that the road to 7p or anything else like it will not be a straight forward one. A cash raise will have to be done at some point by current ITS share holders I believe. With a mcap of only £400k that's a concern. The Directors will need to announce something fairly enticing for people to jump on board straight away. It's people buying at that initial stage and current holders who will hopefully benefit most having 'rode' the ups and downs to the point where there is a completed rto or an IPO of a new company. I hope they rto ITS and announce an IPO of Bodycare with an estimated mcap value of at least £25m. I suspect if it IS Bodycare then that figure could well be a good deal higher. The company already earns an estimated £17m per year - and they're announcing another new store at the moment - so with a P/E ratio of even just 6 (more likely 8) that's a potential mcap of £100m.

I'm probably a million miles off but nice to idle the hours away dreaming of something like that.

On Oct 24th you announced. 'I am hearing from reliable sources in the Middle East that the Saudis are about to buy GDR out.' 36p I think was your figure.

On Oct 25th you said the buyout figure would be 'no more than 30p'

On Oct 26th you said there was a target of 15p.

today we should be readying ourselves for a takeover at 3p. I've seen some desperate posting from certain people but this is hilarious.

I suspect an offer at 3p would be rejected by the majority of share holders who are mostly well under water by now and would deem that a derisory offer under any circumstances. GDR is already on the floor and with a mcap of just £8m I don't think the Saudis would worry unduly about getting the price all the way down to 3p per share if they actually wanted this company. If they really wanted it they would offer 15p and see off any potential other bidders as quickly as possible. 15p would probably be a relief to many share holders here and double their investment from today's share price.

AHS - in an earlier post you stated 'the FCA Regulatory Sandbox application being progressed'. I'm invested here and am now positive about the future but are you employing a little too much artistic license in that statement?

As far as I am aware GST's application did not meet the criteria required for admission to the Sandbox testing process and instead was place on the FCA's Innovations Pathway which is 'an initiative designed to support financial services firms in launching innovative products and services'.

Are you able to confirm then that GST has another Sandbox application underway please? Perhaps it was released in an RNS or on their website and I've missed it... Am keen to know about this as it would certainly underscore current progress if GST is now engaged once more with the FCA to try and gain admission again for the Sandbox Testing programme. THanks

If the MOU goes to the next stage and Lindab and Metrotile are still on board then yes, this will recover in a heart beat. You can bet your bottom dollar though none of us will be able to buy as it flies up.

100% WRONG I"m afraid. It Can't be given Full approval because there has been no data collection. It's the same thing holding the AIHL tests back from being used throughout the NHS. There would have to be one hell of an exception for NICE to give it a FULL recommendation. Never say never though...

Bit of a bargain I hope. Don't suppose this is going to oblige by roaring to 5p just yet but you never know.

Who knows. Market forces are a law unto themselves in any given sector.

If you were either a competitor or a larger company looking at EISB would you rather wait and see if it succeeds to the point where the mcap and business is worth 20p a share to purchase or take it on early and develop it yourself and buy now for 10p per share? If anyone is looking over EISB they will see already that it has the potential to succeed and create its own niche in teh market. Not saying it will happen, just that TB would have to be very brave - as would the share holders voting on a potential buyout - to say to 10p now and hope for 20p in 2 or 3 years time.

A few things strike me when I'm able to think rationally about it.

Their products ARE being sold in numerous territories by both Metrotile and LIndab. Doesn't help that we don't rrally know how those sales are going but they could just as easily be going well as badly. The Company just chooses not to say anything on that other than the mandatory reports it has to put out.

The funder still holds millions of shares with Peel Hunt. If it was going belly up wouldn't they do something about it rathher than just let the company go bust?

The recent drop from even just .45 to .35 has been on almost zero volume so probably isn't a fair reflection of genuine interest in the stock currently. Yes, hardly anyone is buying but does a few hundred quid of sales warrant another 25% drop? Hmmm not so sure.

Just my thoughts. I keep hoping for an update because whilst there has been no good news there has also been no bad news. Just no news. That's nothing new for this company. Hopefully we hear something either by the end of the year or very early in 2024.
