If the Directors drop a teasing comm about what’s happening it’ll cause a spike and the mcap for ITS will shoot up. That’s what I meant by cash. Don’t think they’ll do it though. Folk losing their nerve already and who can blame them when they cd lose the lot here?

I’m starting to wonder if we’re going to see a TR1 soon and learn of a Director selling out. The selling has been consistentl since the MOU with NZV and mostly between £3k to £8k.

One decent buy of £7k last week but other than that the buys are a trifling amount compared to the offloading. Oh well. It’s never been a comfortable hold this one and there have been some exceptionally dodgy moments (the warehouse theft for one) and coupled with the fact the Chairman works in Westminster, the CEO lives in Thailand, the warehouse is in Italy and another Director lives in Cyprus means it doesn’t look great to be honest. It’s spread all over the place and it doesn’t feel like there’s any central thinking going on in terms of strategy or anything really.

If you’re going to invest in this company get used to long, long periods of silence. It’s immensely frustrating but there’s no doubting the products are great and that there are excellent partnerships in place. The BODs simply refuse to put out anything other than absolutely essential in terms of news. If you like guesswork and investing in the dark then VDtK is for you!

This is utter rubbish. The company stated it did not plan to INCREASE it's spend on development. Blimey. Yes but everyone should already know it's another delay. Hopefully this time they will simply state an update will be forthcoming once there is progress, rather than offering forth another date which they may miss again.

Simple solution: either sell your shares and avoid further loss or, if you’re thinking about buying shares here…don’t! Budd will be forced soon to come clean on sales, funding and future plans for GDR. I think the US market is now off limits as GdR simply can’t afford to submit an application.

Everyone is waiting to see how many more shares RF will be awarded and how much more dilution there will be. That’s the reward for lths here. Budd didn’t give a sh.t about anyone investing cash here so forget the notion of any returns on yr money. I think this has gone far worse than Budd imagined possible from back in March.

Sell the company for what ever it can get. £15m - £20m?

Vastly reduce costs on staff and development on future assays and focus entirely on selling AIHL and CYP2C19 and hope in two or three years they can start to generate income and build the company back up again.

Try and do another raise. At what discount though? 5 - 8p?

Admit defeat and go into administration and pay off creditors.

RF actually step in and buy GDR and run it properly, removing Budd instantly and inject some cash and business sense into its operations.

Oh….. relentless offloading going on. Lots of sells of 400k shares dropping so can’t see this recovering without news now. Going to be a tough hold.

The only thing that ever flows with EUZ is money from hapless pis into the pockets of sly, lazy and greedy Directors. That will almost certainly continue until eventually everyone sees the light and slopes off nursing losses and the thing closes down altogether .

Nah this is the start of the big drain imho as we approach Sept 28th. Not sure Many will want to risk being stuck in suspension w without having a clue what’s on the pipeline.

Now is the perfect opportunity for the new Directors to drop hints at what they’ve got in store for this shell. It would create some excitement and raise loads of new cash for the shell. If they stay silent then to me at least it suggests their plans aren’t going well and they’ve got nothing in place yet and are cutting it awfully fine timing wise.

Once it goes into suspension on Sept 26th they have 6 months to re register for trading before it de-lists. See what I mean about the huge risk?

Personally got the feeling this will drop back to 1p now and lower if no news by mid Sept. Phil Tray knew what he was doing. Made good profit and now on a free ride so even it goes t.ts up he’s still gained.

Even on a very quiet day like today there have been nearly 600k shares sold and we've still got half an hour to go so I agree, this shouldn't have an impact on things here. It's more just a case of the signal that someone has sold a large % of the shares in free float. If this has a better than average chance of bagging from here then why would Phil T bother selling what for him must be a fairly modest amount of money? Perhaps those are just the rules by which he invests. He's probably made an awful lot more money than I have by sticking to his own guidelines in terms of buying/selling. Hey ho. We move on. Tomorrow is another day.

And I still think this could go sub 10p if there is the faintest whiff of anything negative eg DEVOTE funding amounts to very little or GDR isn't even given a specific figure to shout about, poor ongoing sales, continued slow roll out in the NHS of AIHL, confirmation of 3 yrs of data gathering to be done before AIHL gets full recommendation from NICE, RF demanding huge amount of shares to make up for the loss in them selling their 6.5m tranche for much less than th £2m they are guaranteed....I could go on but it's just too depressing.

Anyway, you carry on, I"m sure the world is a wonderful place looking at it with your biased and skewed vision. All very dreamy I'm sure. In the real world there's David Budd and his huge £300k reward each and every year for you to ponder on.

Gilham will not want to sell for peanuts but his Ceo has done so badly there may be no choice.

More likely they’ll take it private and they get the financial benefit, leaving share holders with zero. Happens so often on AIM.

Yes, the ongoing silence from Budd is really ominous now. Devote funding info should definitely have landed by now so one has to assume the amount is insignificant and thus not worthy of an RNS. Terribly disappointing for all involved and, once over the disappointment of losing a shedload of money here, I just hope the jobs of GDR employees will be safe. Doubtless if it comes to it Budd will start laying people off well before considering taking a pay cut.

Interestingly in the previous Tr1 informing the market of Phil Terry’s holding being increased to 3.14% it does not state his previous position. Assume that means he held nothing before then? One hell of a gamble from him but it is beginning to smell a bit rotten here given Peel Hunt’s shenanigans in just the previous weeks to that first TR1 from Phil Terry. I’m going to look into this to see if this adds up to something all a little shady…. Don’t forget the outgoing Directors gave up their last tranche of money to these new Directors, presumably on the premise it would need hugely beneficial to them. I wonder if they’r they’ve been done here by the two new Directors. Looking very odd now this.

FFS! Give one good reason why a company with mcap of over $8b would need to do a RTO into a listing on AIM. There are other cash shells on the main listing in the UK which would open Allwyn up to a far greater investor base. Get real.

Hopefully it’s a company worth £50m or so and then we’d see a really good rise from current levels.
