If there is no rally on the share price and VDTK have to do another raise at a discount then why don’t NZV just buy them outright? The JV will cost them several million so rather than pay that out for 50% why not just have it all for themselves and bring VDTK technology and know how in house? Buyout for £8m??

Er Sharebel, I think you need to get a different platform. There have not been any bus this morning and several medium sized Sells hence the sp is dropping and the mms are lowering the bid. Interest in this shell has for the time being dried up. Anyone’s guess what will happen as we get closer to the deadline for things to be wound up at the end if Sept. If the new Directors don’t pull something off they’ll shut their shoulders and move on without a second thought. People are for now playing it safe here and selling up as there has been no news at all since the court hearing.

I originally thought it might be Allwyn too but not now. There are plenty of cash shells with cash and no debts on the main market for them to move into. Why would a multi billion company do a RTO into an AIM listing?

Think it’s going to be something far more modest and reasonable. Still a good chance of this doubling from here though.

They have become one because the stock hasn’t performed as they’d hoped. If they’re not allowing further drawdowns then the terms of the original agreement have not met their expectations and they will now adopt a more aggressive plan to get their money back. If GDR was just tripping along I’d agree with some who suggest RF will be prepared to sit this out for a couple of years. Now the stock has already lost over 50% since the finance agreement was drawn up and there is a serious chance the company as a Going concern can’t survive they will be viewing this as a loss on their balance sheets and will take what ever action deemed necessary to limit that loss. Tin hat time and I suspect something drastic and unexpected now to be the next news we hear. Budd has badly miscalculated how the market would react to the death spiral finance deal and also the NICE news only bring a conditional recommendation rather than FULL.

Chairman needs to step in now or risk the company going into administration. RF clearly not allowing further drawdowns so GDR are already on borrowed time and now have an activist share holder in the form of RF. I’m less convinced now that there was something already in the pipeline or else I think we’d have heard from the new Directors already. There’s possibly some scrambling about being done trying to put something in place but who knows?!

Partly because they appear to be earning some decent revenue already from the agreements with lindab and metrotile and because back in May they raised £500k which was used to pay back loans. that's now done and their monthly spend isn't that high. That's what I'm hoping for anyway. I think they'd crush any sentiment before it's begun if they smashed existing share holders now for a huge amount and rewarded lths with huge dilution.

Things might look very different here by year end. Very different.

I see a rise coming when news from NICE is a couple of months off for CYP2C19.

Just have a feeling RF want this drop as far as possible right now so they can ask for the shares they're now entitled to having sold their 6.5m for far less than £2m (+ a bit). Once there's a 10 day Vwap that's at the 10 - 11p mark they'll hit the button and get their shares. THEN, I think we'll start to see news trickle in and a sustained rise all the way up to December. Like everyone else, I'm guessing of course but going on past sp action when AIHL news was on the horizon from NICE I think this is a reasonable expectation. One thing to say though is that CYP19C2 is potentially far bigger than AIHL so the rise could be even more interesting than we saw earlier this year.

For now however just hold on for dear life and hope mms don't help RF out too much or else we might see a really nasty short drop.

Exactly, which now makes me think they’ve got nothing to lose if it comes to nothing. Just a tiny bit of opportunism by them. Can see this dropping much further now as more people realise this is at best a wild punt and chances of it being suspended and then delisted are really high

Well I’ve been watching since you posted that and there’s been one trade. If the Directors can’t buy shares or award themselves any stock then how will they make any profit for themselves? Or are they just doing this RTO thing for the benefit of you and me? Bless.

When this gets to a more rapid price eg 1p then I think same interest will grow again but on silence it’ll just fade back to sub 1p.
