Nothing would surprise me here. July 10th is just 3 weeks away so I was expecting this to be much higher already but the recent raise has completely taken the wind out of pis sails in terms of confidence in the BOD.

If iis knew this was going to get FULL recommendation they would already be all over this so what gives? Is the outcome genuinely unknown or are the mms ready to do something dodgy and take out stop losses before finally letting it go? Just no way of knowing. If you’re out you’re out.

Would be just typical of AIM: someone always finds out before pis if there’s good news about to be released.

Not sure what's going on between Lars and Dr Cooley. Looks like Cooley sees value in the company but feels the need to protect his investment by being above 10% to stop Lars from doing something untoward.

Think HL are being good Samaritans and stopping ordinary folk from throwing their money away.

I thought HE1 had it's own drill rig etc so why is HE1 now needing to spend nearly $5m on new equipment? Something doesn't add up here. Tanz govt officials forcing HE1 to use new equipment that has to be hired from them? I thought th recent raise for over £5m was for all of this? HE1 seem to have developed a deep hole - other than the one they want to drill back into - into which large sums of money are now quickly disappearing into. The more I look int this the less I like it and feels like the usual African corruption at high levels of officialdom are coming into play. They will chew and spit LB out for pleasure and a bit of amusement.

This is now a trading stock. You can't invest seriously in something where the CEO repeatedly absolutely shafts share holders. fwiw I think the Tanz Govt have a hand in all of this or else why would LB state 'we had no choice'?

Why did they have no choice? Is HE1 broke? and desperate for money? Have they spent all the £5m they raised recently already?

If HE1 had something really exciting to show ii investors they would have been able to ask for funding at a higher value.

It's really poor that LB gives no explanation for wiping so much off the mcap. Yes, we can all buy cheaper now and lower our averages, I did at .54p, but that doesn't eradicate the trust issue now felt by lths. This is the 4th time this has happened. Who is forcing HE1's hand? Have the Tnz govt minging department said do this or else you will have licenses withdrawn? Or forced buyout? Looks to me as if someone is strong arming HE1 into these raises and that's now too worrying for me. Once this get's to 1p I can sell and then just trade on the occasional dips etc but no point in putting serious amounts of money in when clearly Lorna has admitted she is not in control of what price these placings will occur. Shame. I was going to hold for longer but this recent shafting of pis has left me cold. Don't doubt for a second there will be some decent spikes but going on track record there will also be some horrendous placements which are designed imo to shake off retail interest.

It's been a pump and dump stock for years but there are still some posters who will assure you the sale is in hand and that it will happen by Christmas. They were saying the same back in 2019. Be careful is all I'll say. Money to be made in trading but it's NOT an investment. It's a punt at best.

Consistent selling at 1.6 or there abouts is leaving the sp stuck. Twice as many sells as buys but the sp isn’t dropping below placing price. Assume it’s not PH selling or else they’ll simply have to issue another TR1 I can’t see any reason they’d be going back and forth over the threshold. Anyone else any thoughts?

I bought quite heavily at HE1 at .54 as soon as the placing was done to lower my avaergae and have done very well since so, having bought £5k at 1.33p, I'm now doing very nicely thank you. Won't be long before I'm back in the blue there and doubtless will be very soon and when it gets back to 1p + I'll be just fine and dandy. Unlike here which is a pile of pi55 let's face it. and my money will somehow end up making someone else better off. So you think you know it all but in fact know F all. Probably about most things but like to think of yourself as a bit of a pro trader that people should look up to and listen to - or else it upsets you. Sad.

This mngt has taken a series of disastrous decisions and brought the company to the brink of administration. Considered by the market as almost, it has raised £2m and other than that the market values its prospects - and it’s CEO Lars - at no more than half a million quid. Why do you insist on attempting to lure in hapless retail investors when the reality is they’ll most likely make nothing here for years.?

Dr C I think has his 10% stake simply to protect his investment here and to stop Lars from doing anything silly like doing a placing at another whopping discount. If he does then Dr C is in a great position to jump in take another load of shares cheap as chips and make a low ball offer himself for the company. I really don’t get the impression Lars and Cooley are singing from the same hymn sheet. Fascinating to see how this plays out over the next six months and when the next placing will happen.

4 trades today and as many posts…hmmm this has rockets written all over it…lol beware the Uber bs positive ramping going on from anyone who posts ten times a day when absolutely nothing is happening. CPX will need a lot of luck to survive and I just can’t see Lars being the man to steer the ship away from the rocks.

Just seen the RNs. So can we expect PH to sell more at just 1.6 in small portions until the sp starts to shift in anticipation of NICE news? Once it shifts upwards PH will sell in bigger chunks but hopefully the volume by then will see us church through the 100m fairly quickly.
