One exciting issue not really mentioned here is that with a full recommendation from NICE for CYP2C19 or an upgrade to full for the AIHL test means certain territories that don’t have their own regulatory standards and will accept NICE as their approval will use the tests straight away. I don’t know which countries this applies to, obvs not the US and most EU nations but there are some. Middle East perhaps?

All to play for but boy those iis selling their placing shares are taking a while. It’s obviously not just PH dumping at 1.65p or there abouts as the total sold in big chunks over the last three weeks has been huge.

5p equates to mcap of £27m and even with good news from NICE I think the market is now wary when it comes to GDR’s ability to sell. I think there will need to be proof of new sales contracts worth several millions before the mcap shoots up to £30m+ just my view

How many more days will there be twice as many buys as sells and the sp either stays flat or, as now, is in the red?? This is blatant manipulation isn’t it? I guess as long as the brakes come off at some point we’ll be ok but I’m surprised not to see some uplift as PH themselves would benefit by dumping their remaining shares at a higher price.

Looks like PH are still dumping at anything over 1.65 three or four times a day. All keeps it on hold for just that little bit longer before the sp acts like a sling shot.

Genomadix test is inferior and it was no surprise they were one of several organisations posting negative comments in the public consultation attempting to cast doubt on GDR's test. These groups it became clear (to me at least) all have a vested interest in GDR not gaining approval. However, time and again NICE panel came back with supportive and positive feedback for use of GDR's CYP2C19 test.

Personally I think it's going to gain FULL recommendation but that there will be 35k tests per year planned to begin with as the NICE panel preferred lab tests where and when possible. The main problem is that the lab testing is more expensive, much slower AND it is already at full capacity.

I am hoping/expecting the news to land with a statement along the lines of GDR will be guaranteed 35k tests per year which equates to about £2.8m revenue a year after costs. Together with the cash from the recent placing and increasing revenue from MT-RNR1 they will be well on the way to covering their monthly costs. Also don't forget an upgrade to FULL recommendation is expected before the end of this year for MT-RNR1 and that will mean a huge jump in revenue from the UK alone. Were that to land by Sept/Oct then GDR will be sailing by end of this year. Then let the bidding begin. Once a market for GDR tests is confirmed the pharmas will begin to make their moves.

The cash will be burnt through over the next 6 - 12 months and then this will be wound up imo. You were right about the cash bunsen but clearly the market doesn’t see any future or particular value so it’s going to drop further from here imv

Have PH finished?? Last big sell was at 11:52 this morning. 3 trades amounting to 1.5m shares printed simultaneously. Obvs worked through so I’m inclined to think it might just be the last of PH dumping….does the air smell fresher? I think it might.

Confirms what we all knew at the time, the deal with RF was an utter disaster for share holders. Vudd had no clue what he was doing and Chairman Gilham was asleep at the wheel to let this through. He MUST have known what would happen.

Anyway, we are where we are and things are now at the last chance saloon. This NICE news either makes some retail share holders very happy or leaves them with nothing as the company is forced to go private and gets bought for peanuts.

I've made my choice and it's not a comfortable position I'm in so, like system, I will not be happy until i see it with my own eyes and that NICE recommendation is a FULL one. Squeaky bum time....again for GDR holders!

For once I agree with you system. Not after the recent massive dilution We had about 150m shares in issue. There are now about 550m! That is absolutely massive and will impact any future share price movement even if NICE give Full recommendation. However, I do think it could easily do 100% from where it currently is so personally hoping for 3 - 3.5p before it drops back and we await further news on FDA application, AIHL NICE upgrade to Full recommendation and more NHS Trusts taking AIHL on.

If there are still some people left here who have the patience then I believe this will look like a very, very different company and share price by the end of this year. Very different. And that's only if it isn't sold once AIHL gets a full upgrade and CYP2C19 gets its green light from NICE in a few weeks time.

There are clearly more than ‘one or two salaries’ being paid out! It’s a lifestyle company now and they will draw down salary payments with no duty to perform any business responsibilities from this point on.

Oh and where is that cash sum you banged on about?? Ah hidden from view..? Yep cunning aren’t they!
