Huge number of big sells today, all delayed and at 13:48 and the few minutes after you can see the sp dropped from 36 to 34.

Could do with some kind of news from the company rather than just tweets. You could be forgiven for thinking someone has got wind of a placing on the way and the mms are letting them out... Would be typical of my luck with this stock.

If stocksaint was right and there were going to be no poc sales of GDR's test for the CYP2C19 gene variant then the sp would not be hovering at where it currently is. It would plummet back to the placing price in a heart beat.

Popeye I suspect is not shorting GDR but just wants a lower entry point. He may get it but not that much lower and he risks being out when it does have its pre-July 31st deadline surge.

Potential here is mind boggling now that Dr C is at the wheel. I know Lars is till the CEO but be under no illusion as to who is now pulling the strings

Lionel, he is neither. He is a clever and subtle shorter. End of. Once people realise that they can happily bin him, as I have. He knows full well what's on the cards and has changed his tune - and moniker - according to his personal position as a share holder. Simple really but he's certainly no slouch in how he reads all the same info as everyone else and manages to spin it all totally negatively....this line from the weekend just confirmed it for me....

He must assume the GDR test will NOT be given the green light or else it is mandatory for the NHS Trusts to start using the test, NOT a choice according to cost or availability, or else there would be no point in differentiating between Full and Conditional recommendation. Anyway, all a bit tedious to deal with someone shorting the stock and he's obviously confident in his strategy. Just fyi Stocksaint is Starres, who was the principal poster who went aggressively negative immediately after the AIHL conditional recommendation was granted by NICE back in March 2023. He must have done flipping well out of that as the sp was at about 30p and went all the way down to 1.5p, although I think he'd gone long again before the sp hit that low.

So, looking like Friday and this morning all a bit of mms fun and games. Likely it's Pell Hunt selling off the last of their shares for more than 100% profit from the placing. Could be a few million more but for now it's looking like the mms are manipulating a reversal.

So you think NICE will give Full approval but that no NHs Trusts will have to use it unless they can’t get lab testing?

I’m sure this is exactly why Goni and Cheek in the presentation said the ‘company is in a brilliant position’…. We’re about to gain Full recommendation from NIcE but we’ll make almost no sales. And that’s how we got the recent funding for £6m over the line, because we’re on the cusp of making no income from CYP2C19? All well and fine if that’s what you wish to believe. I have read the draft guidance but seem to come to a different interpretation of what’s being written. The company seem to be very excited but everyone has got it wrong and only you have spotted it has all been pretty much a waste of time and the NHs will likely not use CYP2C19 tests at all… great

So stocksaint you must believe NICE are NOT going to grant Full recommendation then?

Stocksaint - and you should read the bit where they say they anticipate the use of 35k PoC tests a year due to lab tests not being available. Or did you miss that bit? Sorry, you’re right, they’re gonna chuck the GDR test out the Window in 10 days time and instead spend good knows how many millions on expanding the lab tests to cover all their needs, even though they’re all still going to be far slower than results GDR kits can provide. I’m sure you’re totally right and they’re actually not going to use any POc tests at all. I really got that impression too from the Draft guidance documents.

Please take the time to read the public consultation documents. There are several mentions of Lab testing being the preferred option but that there simply isn't the capacity or money to suddenly build new labs and employ all the extra staff needed just to run those tests. They also clearly state GDR's test is the one being granted FULL recommendation for POC use when ever lab testing is not available. It is expected - it's in black and white in the document - that at least 35k GDR tests will be used each year in testing for the CYP2C19 gene. I ma fairly certain the delay in NICE announcing the news is so that they can get the test and equipment ready to implement it in as many areas as possible. they will not wish to be seen favouring any one part of the UK over another so I am hoping the test equipment will be in place within the statutory 3 months after NICE announce it's full recommendation.

Even if it's not the full £8m per year that GDR was hoping for, the NICE stamp of approval will suffice for many other countries to adopt the point of care tests.

I still think either Peel Hunt or one of the other placee participants could be offloading stock, so am not unduly worried by Friday's retrace. Any lull in selling will quickly see the sp head north again and there will be a moment in time very soon where there will be a scramble for shares before July 31st.

If all you guys saying GDR is going to end up being disappointed and nothing is going to happen then why, why, why on earth are you here even over a weekend trying to convince any readers that this is only heading south? But a figure of 35k CYP2C19 tests per year has been mooted by NICE in the public consultation document to begin with. Lab testing is preferred but it’s far too expensive to expand that resource. Even with’just’ 35m tests a test GDR is finally making some decent profit from sales. AIHL will be ramped up too in the NHS over the coming year and now is been selected for DeNovo route for FDA it could be on US shelves in 7 or 8 months time.

Lot of effort going into highlight the limitations of the current situation but also ignoring some of the definite positives too.

De Novo route for AIHl test in US. Cost is approx $500k and time is approx 6 - 7 months. If that all goes to plan then the cost of FDA submission for CYP2C19 will easily be covered by sales here in the UK even by Christmas time.

As I see it there are two ways forward over the next 10 days or so. Either we stutter along at 4 - 5p until the 29th and then it shoots up quickly or the sp just continues to gain 5 to 10% each day. End game is the same at about 10p imho.

No idea what will happen after July 31st. Will it be a sell-on-news or will the BoDs get comms going and try to build on recent momentum. If sp gets to 15p Cheek’s shares are worth £100k bonus. He will want far more than that I suspect.

HL will offer 4.22p for £25k worth of shares.

Can’t get a quote even for another £2k.

Think I know which way this is headed.
