Hope you are right junior but I wouldn’t bet against Gino and Russ having already privately agreed to allow the company to fail in return for perks from a potential new owner eg keeping their shares in the new company, possibly keeping their jobs and even receiving bonuses if the IP can be delivered for under £5m

If the implementation guide had been published within a month of the study being finished then some funding solution would have been found on the back of a significant spike in the sp. As it is there is still no news due for Lord only knows how much longer and all the while the sp drops, now well below nominal value, making it increasingly difficult for Gino and Russ to get themselves out of this hole. I have for a long time hoped an offer might land to buy GDR but it seems more likely now that PE firms or other larger global conglomerates are simply biding their time waiting for Gino and Russ to fail and then force them to sell or go bankrupt and then simply bid for the IP. The delays are not The fault of the BODs but failing to protect GDR by always leaving it until the last minute to put in place financial solutions and plans is 100% their responsibility and every time they make a pig’s ear of it all. They will now probably be in bed with a buyer and be offered perks to allow the company to go under. The cheaper the buyout price the bigger the perks Gino and Russ receive.

My point is what constitutes ‘shortly’? Going on previous form for NICE and the NHS it could well be another couple of months and where will GDR and its sp be by then? The study finished early May so about 6 months is fairly standard? Let’s hope it’s published no later than September. I now agree with those saying the sp could fall below a penny as it’s obvious to everyone - well maybe not EmC - that GDR is becoming increasingly desperate to raise even more funds and this incredibly long wait to get great products to market risks actually putting the company out of business. Crazy.

Ah so after someone posted on here they’d been told by Walbrook that news would be released mid Aug it now transpires news is not due then. I wonder how long it could take to publish once the deadline passes for any final comments? Another week? Month? 2 months? It’s just a catalogue of delays owing to nothing other than massively over stretched and inefficient bureaucracy and it has killed this as an investment. No wonder the UK has lost its top ranking on the banking and financial sector. I wonder what NICE and the NHS will say when GDR either goes bust or, due to a distressed sale, the IP ends up in the hands of a buyer - most likely a US company -and they are then charged double for the machines and tests. Mind you, GDR’s current value is now so low that even a really small private equity firm could buy it for £7m. Could end up anywhere.

I also find it hard to believe Gino and Russ would sit idly by and watch this fold - it would leave their reputation and future prospects in tatters. I don’t get the feeling either of them are eager to throw their salaries away without doing anything so, why are they doing nothing? Perhaps because they know something is about to happen that will change things

Which company designs a new website when it’s on the brink of being wound up Saint? I know you always want to paint the worst possible picture but news is due in about a week on something that will significantly change the outlook for this company. Or are you going to tell us it’s not going to have any impact ? If that news lands then this bags in a day. Simple as.

This is something Budd specifically stated after an AGM that they would 'work hard' to improve but if anything comms have got worse. Hey ho. I'll take this as a small but positive sign things are slowly heading in the right direction.

Make you seem extremely touchy and overly defensive when anyone says anything about ALRT other than an uber ramp. ALRT has nothing to sell yet and the only way it will ever have something is by spending an awful lot of money on buying and developing it. That’s your money they’ll be spending. Numerous placings will come before any decent news. You’ll get jam-tomorrow comms for at least a couple of years, during which time the share price will continue to fall.

This will undoubtedly be down at least another 50% by the end of the year imo

They haven’t converted a single commercial opportunity in the last 5 months since that RNS which should tell you they’re full of bs. They always promise jam but never deliver.

Wow so this AI related stock turned out to be a complete dud. Now over 40% below the placing price shows the market has no confidence in the strategy or Directors at all. No news and endless selling. Directors now supping chilled wine somewhere nice and hot no doubt. RIP off.
