I’m convinced the news is going to be either negative or non transformative. Ie don’t think a national rollout is going to be announced but rather yet more testing required by NICE or NHSE. Don’t think GDR can now survive another disappointment and delays

Last £10k out today. It’s a disgrace that this scam can be allowed to run for years deliberately fleecing pis and then run it into the ground so a PE firm can pick it up for peanuts, reward the Directors with bonuses all with the specific aim (that’s AIM for you) of leaving pis with nothing.

GLA should have stayed away when I’d sold for about 2.25p but honestly couldn’t believe anyone could do such a bad job. That’s why finally taken the last hit ever from being a GDR share holder. If you’ve got any sense you should get yr money out whilst there’s anything left. These Directors are out to leave you with nothing and take as much out for themselves as possible.

You may have done well Baz cos I think they can’t raise any more funds so it’s either a lowball takeover offer or administration. Consolidation could be on the cards but the BOD have laid out the business case for the foreseeable and shown they are incapable of negotiating meaningful sales contracts. Who would vote to support that? Going down that route could see the share price whittled down another 99% over the next two years

I think there was a clue in the RNS on the forthcoming disappointing news on publication Guidance.

That's an admission that they are finding it extremely difficult to gain traction commercially here in the UK.

Options

1) run company into the ground and let it go into administration. PE firm pick it up for peanuts and pis lose everything.

2) PE firm already made agreement with Gino/Russ to make a low ball offer at 2.2p - the level the BODs bought at back in December - and that offer lands sometime now so the BODs will announce a buyout option at over 100% premium to current share price. Makes it sound great and recommends share holders accept it or else risk losing everything.

3) Gino and Russ are confident and GDR will get confirmation of National rollout for England in the next few weeks, share price rises and they take on a non-dilutive loan and we all skip away with profit once the share price rises over 5p.

1 - possible but unlikely?

2 - eminently possible and quite likely IMHO

3 - not a chance. Stuff of fantasies.

In all honesty would have been better if the company had kept its mouth shut. What did they think was going to happen after such an appalling comm?

If news after Aug 15th is really due soon another couple of weeks would have meant an sp rise from 1.1 or 1.15p where as this was clearly meant to send the sp south.

Fully expecting an offer now for about 2.2p which is the price the Directors most recently bought at. Accept it or risk going into administration will be the BOD’s recommendation. Purchaser gets the company for peanuts and Gino and Russ keep their jobs and salaries and most share holders lose an arm and a leg.

Putting this RNS out now doesn’t make any sense. The BODs are up to no good. Well, not on behalf of the ordinary share holders who have paid their inflated salaries for these last three years. It also suggests they now know the news from NHSE and NICE isn’t good imo

I wonder how GDR employees feel having just been told by their bosses things are looking really good and improving but we’ve only got enough money in the bank to cover your salaries for the next 6 weeks.

Think the next RNS brings forward an offer from a private equity firm for a miserly amount and we’ll be told accept it or risk going under. Bastards

Thanks bighammer, interesting info and nearly a whole day of posts without EmC posting but…judging by the most recent green boxes maybe I was being too hopeful.

If it comes good ie makes it to EBITDA and turns a profit then I don’t think the company will be around in 2 years time. I think it will be bought out. If they get national Rollout confirmed and the next raise isn’t too damaging then a sale figure would be significant. For a revenue of £18m per year I think we’d be looking at a minimum of £50 a £60m but suspect a move would land sharpish before the company could increase its turnover too much. Now that’s looking in the bright side for a change.

Alas that is the way of this company: a jam-tomorrow statement then don’t back it up. Eg there is considerable interest from the Middle East. Then zero news on any sales. They might do that deliberately just to give off the impression things are about to turn, knowing full well uk pis are unlikely to be able to do any digging to verify what the company has said.

One thing is for sure, there must be an awful lot of private investors in GDR who will be hugely relieved if this comes good - and be even more delighted t to get out of it.

Bighammer, I think that’s an entirely reasonable expectation but you have to admit that, given the paucity of comms from this company’s directors over the last 3 or 4 years, it’s extremely unlikely. Regrettably on every occasion when the Board has held out with comms it’s not been for good reasons.

And given the potential for revenue certainly in the tens of Millions of pounds, if not more, it would only take one carefully planted comment or opinion to give the NHSE the perfect excuse to delay having to make a decision and actually do something on this. My guess is September. Can’t see much happening mid to late August
