Market not swayed by this RNS. Would not be surprised if there is another tomorrow announcing what they intend to do about the financial hole they’ve dug for themselves. Totally their own fault for not reducing the monthly cash burn about two years ago.

No significant sales in any of the territories they’ve been mentioning for years eg EU or ME. Now further delays in selling into the NHS. It’s all gone t.ts up for Gino and Russ. Death spiral finance deal? Administration? Lowball takeover? Can’t see any other options on the table. NHS blithely stumble their way through pilots and take far too long to produce results/decisions. Now a product they themselves helped develop will be bought for peanuts by someone else and when they want to buy it they’ll have to pay far more. Crazy inefficiency.

You mean IF the export permit lands. There is a problem but we don’t know what the issue is or how serious it might be. It most likely won’t be Hainan holding it back so one assumes for some reason the MG are not keen to let it go.

Gino can’t possibly stay silent on the funding crisis right up to the point they run out of money or news on the implementation guide being published, which a little dickie bird told us would be mid to late September but Gino says he has no confirmation of that date. If they stay silent and there is no news by end of Sept GDR’s lights are out imo

If there is GDR by mid Sept then what can he possibly be able to say to investors? If they still haven’t got funding lined up he won’t be able to say a word because it’ll Be price sensitive. If they have then they’ll have to RNS it and everyone will know what they need to know. He’ll only spend the day regurgitating what’s in the RNS. Or do you simply mean he’ll be playing golf that day whilst being sacked by Gino?

No one can argue with Gino’s sentiment about how exciting the way things are going to be but one can argue about whether or not it will be with GDR and how much longer the NHS will delay implementation.

I would add more if there is anything concrete on what it is they’re actually hoping to sell to anyone. ATM this is just an AI punt for me. Why would it not be in any party’s interests not to get this sorted asap and have the product flowing out and making money for all concerned. Someone doesn’t want this Export License go to KOD - probably MG - and so it’s deliberately being held up. Does MG want to deal with Hainan directly and are waiting until they offer to buyout KOD from the project? With spod price approaching $1k I’m surprised Hainan haven’t made a move. Clearly Bernie is having to deal with tricky partners who are not playing fair. Will a price of $1k force someone to pull a trigger? Hope so. Bored of waiting after several years of owning this stock only to watch it drop after each milestone achieved. .5p and I’ll happily walk away. Come on Bernie, what is going on?

Will be interesting to see if lots more jobs are advertised soon. Employees must know the company is in the verge of collapse and there could be contagion in people jumping ship.

Not nice to mock toli. Holders have been battered here by poor mngt and repeated dilution. There isn't anything to laugh about or vaguely amusing. Many have either lost thousands of pounds here or nursing uncomfortably large losses.
