The BOD didn’t make any provision for national rollout in UK being delayed, and certainly not by ad much as a whole year. Gino repeatedly mentioned April 2025 in comms. That’s incompetent and irresponsible management and it’s being rewarded with a salary of £300k ffs!

No, I didn’t promise not to post anymore. I am now a former emitted shareholder that has lost money with the stock owing to the lies from the company and appalling management mistakes. I see it as only being fair and responsible to make less experienced investors aware of just how precarious the situation is for this company owing to the appalling decisions taken by its management. I feel this is much more valuable to the board and to investors generally than you’re completely idiotic and rubbish posts. Actually for once you are right about something in one of your posts this morning and that is when you said you got it wrong. You always get it wrong apart from on that particular point. Your posts are rubbish pointless and boring and totally misguided.

As always an awful lot of nonsense posted on here about this stock. The company itself said it had a five-year plan and yet Daly there are idiots posting suggesting this is going to go massive in a matter of weeks months. It isn’t.

What is also shocking is that Gino as CEO had no plan B should the national commissioning not go ahead as he had hoped in April 2025. It shows that he’s not a businessman. Also surprising that the chairman has not stepped in or been closely involved enough to realise that things are so Fragile.

I am staggered that anyone is buying when it is clear they are going to run out of money in five or six weeks time. There will be a huge number of redundancies in the company, but you can be sure that somehow Gino and Ross will be okay. I honestly have no idea what they can do because they have put the company in such a weak and careless position and it is now in the lap of the gods as to whether or not they can actually pull something out of a hat to save everyone. I believe if there is going to be any reprieve or ray of hope on the near term horizon that it will be down to the chairman.

I wonder what peel Hunt have made of all of this? I imagine they will not be willing to help back the company again which just makes the funding situation even more scary and alarming.

Think the trading update stated quite clearly in line with expectations. £500k per month has been the figure put out by the company for ages. Don’t think they’ve even attempted to cut costs

Ignoring the unfortunate pun - given this is supposedly a company about Defense - er… I don’t think so. It’s a LOI and ALRT will need to bring something to the table, as well as start to look for a lot more cash.

Consolidation 10:1 then raise at 5p…IF they can find anyone still willing to Back the mngt team. The products aren’t the problem.

I wonder if the GDR workforce knows how close their bosses are to having to tell them they’ve got no jobs anymore? Poor buggers.

Only other option is to sell cheap. PE firm offer current mcap or about £5m? Hopefully a little more. Best of luck to Holders here

Because in 2 yrs time, for £7m or £8m plus the same again for funding the company until its EBITDA, you would then Likely have a company generating income multiples of that each and every year for Lord only knows how long. That’s why. It’s called an investment opportunity. Can a normal bank manager see it though.

I honestly can’t see how Gino can persuade anyone to invest in Him as CEO. Their finance options must be next to zero. Could Gino a traditional bank loan for £5m? No, no way. So it’s a lowball buyout/ distressed sale or go bust. Gino will have no qualms in finding a way to make it sound like he’s done well to get an offer on the table.

But at least now that the sh.t has really hit the fan and BODs have been exposed there is a chance there will be a low ball offer to take over the company. Gino and Tuss may well play along but no one would keep them on after the mess they’ve made of running GdR. How can you spend £500k per month for years whilst earning almost nothing and failing to advance any commercial strategy and glibly say well ‘R and D is expensive’ as if that justifies £500k out every month and £50k in. Oh well, it’s finally over and there is nothing the BODs can do to save share holders. I still recall Cheek being asked if there were any discussions on taking the company private when he was CEO. His awkward response heavily suggested there absolutely had been and I still think this is what will happen. Only thing is it’s currently backfiring for Gino because the. Many may well now go bust and he’ll end up with nothing too. No job and no salary. Just deserts I’d say

Why on earth would anybody at nice capital letters be in trouble? It is not their responsibility to get the company to RNS information in a timely manner. This is purely down to ineptitude and incompetence of the GDR company directors.

I would not be at all surprised if an RS does land tomorrow morning but actually with a lowball offer from a private equity firm for a buyout price of 1.5p per share. Frankly these guys are acting like criminals and clearly have a plan in my humble opinion to take the company away from ordinary shareholders by any means they can. Private equity firm buys the company for peanuts and then funds the company until next April and and until significant sales contracts are in place throughout Europe and The Middle East. Absolute joke to talk about applications and submissions to the FDA when they haven’t got enough money to even pay their staff for another six weeks. It just can’t be possible that someone is so incompetent so I think it’s been designed and engineered to fail. It happens. It should not be allowed but the FCA will turn a blind eye. Right now, would anybody in their right mind? Turn down 1.5p for this absolute shower of a company. I’m out but I hope for the sake of all those that still whole shares that’s what happens tomorrow rather than this actually going fast which it easily could.

Strictly speaking as soon as that post appeared on this LSe website the company should have RNSd it to confirm or deny it. Of course they haven't done anything about it and are probably now, as I type, having a crisis mngt meeting with Chairman John Gilman, to decide what the hell they do now

Now this news is out the company will have to RNS it and surely, surely let share holders know what they plan to do about funding/cuts etc. They can't bury their heads in the sand any longer unless, as previously stated, it's a stitch up for a PE firm. Utter disaster for long term holders and I fear GDR will not even exist by end of September when the implementation guide is published.

Good luck with that EmC. Did I say I went post any more? Certainly said I’m out - thank f.ck - but as far as I’m aware there’s no rule on LsE stating one can’t post on any stock, invested or not.

I fear the company directors have now made a huge strategic error in releasing the trading update before arranging financing solution. They’ve shouted to the world that they are in trouble and raised alarm just at the time when they needed to build some confidence. They are cretins. As I have said many times, engineered to fail and the NHSE and NIcE have scuppered them at every turn possible with delays of one kind and another.

As a matter of some urgency they should throw the consolidation option on the table now. Consolidate 10:1 and then do a major raise of £4m at a price of 5p. That would see them home to EBItDa but for some reason they’ve decided to let everyone know they are in dire straits now before talking to anyone.

What do you think they can do now people have worked out no National rollout until April 2026?
