Fort, I think you should be clear to readers that what you say represents your opinion rather than fact. As you know, all related to Friday's RNS is non-binding. News from the company is due and news that represents a paradigm shift would change the picture for all immediately. As a shareholder, I am delighted that we are not in a hostile situation.

The date today is 15 December 2025. It is not 1 January 2026. An annoucement was made last Friday which is non-binding on all the parties. Let's wait an see what happens this week, before the 26th, before the AGM on 30th Dec and before 1 January 2026. The PH RNS earlier is noise and the underlying beneficial ownership hasn't changed. As you know, my opinion is that the Company will make field-related annoucements this week or before 26th latest. My opinion is that the news will be material and significant.

Friday's RNS was a non-binding 'commitment' by all the parties i.e. nothing whatsoever contractual. That is a statement of reality. A fact. My opinion is that we will receive exciting news from the Company before 26th Dec and, more likely, this week. This news will immediately reset where we are now. Again, if my opinion is proved wrong, I will acknowledge immediately.....and say sorry, I got it wrong.

Stack, I am not President of the United States although I respect the Office and the will of the US electorate who voted for their President. Otherwise, I am, among other things, a Solgold shareholder who is keen to know as many facts ad possible about Solgold and would like proper price discovery and a fair outcome for all shareholders. I know that Friday was all non-binding and believe that our Board is totally focused on fair value for all shareholders and PIs in particular. I expect news from the company before the 26th which will reset all of Friday's posturing and result in a comensurate reset of the share price upwards. There you go, Stack. Fair enough AD although you may also wish to refer to the numerous obligtions on shareholders such as JCC and shorters such as Actusraypartners. Similarly, the Takeover Panel must be made aware of any 'side deals' post takeover between groups of shareholders. These are both complex yet vital areas of interest.

Hostile bids are usually bad news for small LTSHs. Did you think about this and our Board's actions? Keep referring back to game theory, non-binding and optics. This game has only just started in my view.

You know I see Friday as a pantomine act. You know that I will apologise as and when proved wrong on this. An analogy, There are four birds in a tree and 3 decide to fly away. How many birds are left? 1? No, 4. I said they decided to fly away. I didn't say they did. Making a decision doesn't amount to taking action. The RNS covered non -binding references. The birds are still in the tree.

Stack, I don't think anyone here has been more wrong than you with your 5p raise prediction. All have noted that you have yet to apologise for the damage that doubtless caused people influenced by your 'agenda'.

Med, the Board has access to much that we do not. There is overdue news on hole 77, taking TAM to early production, CIPA filing. Many things can be announced soon which would be a paradigm shift in the value of the company. This would be irrefutable and impossible for all parties to ignore including the market.

Put another way, the Company needs to show it csn go alone without closing the door to a transaction and without triggering a hostile dynamic. The easiest way to achieve this is to release material facts which enhance value and say very little. Let the clubs do the talking.

My opinion is that the Company should release one or two irreversible value-creating facts this week and say almost nothing else. This would force JCC to accelerate or reprice, BHP Newmont to decide whether passivity is still rational and the market to detach from the 28p 'fair value' framing.
