Fort, I disagree with you. A new institutional investor can buy just under 1% and not report anything at all, even now. Under the Takeover Code, disclosure only starts at 1%. Below that, there is no Form 8.3, no TR-1 and no RNS. So the absence of disclosures does not mean no institutions are soaking up stock it only means no single buyer has crossed the line.
In a live offer situation, buying loudly makes no sense. Crossing 1% advertises your position, pushes the price against you and limits flexibility. The rational approach is quiet accumulation below the threshold.
Low volume alongside price stability doesn’t point to “nobody buying”. If there were genuinely no buyers, you’d see disorderly selling and sharper downside. We’re not seeing that.
