I guess you are fast asleep downunder but I just read your note and wanted to be clear with you. There are now around 113 million shares in the group and it is not 'imaginary'. No wild claims or quick fixes have ever been made/proposed. The whole idea of the group is to achieve the fair value for all small shareholders. Shareholder action is the disciplined conversion of private conviction into visible voting behaviour early enough to change other people’s incentives. As you know, things are fluid here and we should see various news and a S o A published soon. Following the latter (and anything else that could be announced) the group will go from there. A quick review of the WH NSS (where copper is clearly referred to as a 'national security priority) in the context of Latin America and events in Venezuela today firmly suggest that the US is deadly serious about dominating its hemisphere and the latter's resources. Med, well, TP/TC rules apply and some clarity on these issues which merely relate to comments already made previously by the Company would be both ideal and helpful to shareholders and potential suitors. Just because a S o A is in place does not mean day to day activity on the ground just stops. It would be great to get a summary of the current position on these and other topics. An up-to-date picture would be really interesting to review.

Given the presence of the S of A and all that entails, I thought I would focus on the following (closer to the ground) topics which I think are absolutely vital at this stage. There are several key updates that the Company has previously flagged as important but which remain unpublished. These include: 1 The expected signing of the Complementary Investment Protection Agreement (CIPA) with the Government of Ecuador 2. Results from the TAM including Hole 77 3. The status of Tranche 3 of the Franco Nevada funding, which was due by the end of Q4 2025 4. Any recent progress at the Cascabel project, including early development activity These updates could play a meaningful role in how shareholders (as well as potential bidders) assess the value of the Company; particularly in light of the current 28p offer. The Company has highlighted these areas in public materials, so clarity on their status is warranted. In accordance with the Takeover Code and Market Abuse Regulation, the Company and its executives will know perfectly well that any material information should be disclosed promptly. Shareholders (as well as potential bidders) need a full and accurate picture to evaluate their options. A clear update now would provide reassurance and help ensure that the process unfolds on an informed basis.

KJ, no intention to 'spy' on you or anyone whatsoever! The goal is a fair outcome for all small shareholders. Needy seems to be concerned about a large group of small shareholders gathering together and having a voice. Just have to think about why that might be. Needy, I have stated my position. If you wish to abuse and shout down, as you please. This is a discussion board, TP rules are in place and we here know next to nothing as ro what will happen next. It could go for 28p, it could go for 170p or all bets could be off and we go forward from here if a deal is voted against.

Tougher TP rules now apply and we will have final price discovery according to the former and soon. We have a firm bid and this is a vital development. Changes so much and we are now in a race to the finishing line. JCC has not secured anything at this stage. It is an opening bid in an auction.

PBOW, There is no 'fantasy' in the NAV figure I referred to. Stas20 provided the underlying calculations then DV csn to the same number a few weeks later. What happens over the next few weeks we will see. For sure, raising the white flag now is premature as we all know PBOW.

Needy, Can I just ask why you seem unable to make a point and have a conversation without resorting to abuse please? Also, whether you like it or not, our group has been formed, it could be useful for us to be able to communicate internally and externally over the coming days and new members are welcome. Also, the TP code applies. This framework allows for material news to be announced by the company as well as counterbids to be made, including from BHP and Newmont. In short, there is all to play for here and we don't know what the end result will be. 28p is the likely floor of course but the eventual conclusion and price are genuinely unknown. TP clearly supports the fact price discovery has not yet finished and I explained the Nash Equilibrium weeks ago which itself is inline with where we are now and TP rules.
