NMM, The RNS from 11 December 2023 confirmed that S sees TAM deposit as a high priority near term development opportunity and a potential standalone mine. While not yet a formal production decision, it set clear expectations that TAM could soon move toward development independently of Cascabel. Any follow up now such as an updated resource, PFS or permitting milestone would be seen as a major step forward and could reshape the current takeover dynamics, especially ahead of JCC’s 26th December 2025. This is just one example. My point is that today's annoucement is all non-binding. Facts change and all the parties get to reset without breaking any contract or law. Posturing.

Businesses are dynamic, Med. Things change day to day, hour to hour. Previous RNSs state what is due by the end of Q4. My opinion is that significant news will be announced before the 26th. Plenty going on here. Wish I had some spare cash to buy more.

You have a right to your opinion Ort. I disagree with you and believe that major news about TAM, CIPA,etc will come soon and well before 26th. It was all 'non-binding' today. Folk can change their minds when the facts change. Stack showed that when he realised his '5p raise' was for the birds :-) Calm.

I'll be keeping watch on developments at Solgold, Stack. Key point from today is that all aspects of the RNS are non-binding. Meanwhile, news about TAM and CIPA are expected by the end of Q4.

An excellent reference, ts. Perplexing then what the true context is of our Board's non-binding 'approval and how this relates to its previous statements about its project to take TAM to production.

All based on a non-binding RNS. Your opinion is not fact, is it? Did you actually read today's RNS and my subsequent comments about Noront and Wyloo? I suppose there are some here who would like a lower share price as of now...why would that be, I wonder? :-)

All non-binding from all the parties based on the 'non-binding' nature of the JCC position and whole situation 'news dependent'. RNS doesn't define much from a legal point of view although does confirm lots of work going on at the highest levels here. Likely 'the beginning of the end'.

Worth looking at the similarities with Noront I think.

At Solgold releasing strong TAM results or confirming CIPA as a legally binding investment framework and in line with their on-going duties, the directors can continue to do their duties as they have done and can create an implicit valuation uplift without needing to argue with JCC directly. It gives institutional shareholders a defensible reason to hold out for more, just as Wyloo gave Noront’s backers a new valuation benchmark. A really good read of today's RNS is vital - not just skim through. News updates are key as suggested by Fort. I believe we will have significant news soon from the field. Strong news would give all parties the room to change their minds - because the facts would have changed.
