Fort, what better way for our Board to 'manage' JCC than to flatter them and give them East wins to convince them they are winning? Does it really make a difference whether a minority shareholder owns 6% or 12% of a listed company? Still a minority shareholder. We don't know what is going on day to day within Solgold operationally. What we do know is that our Board has rejected JCC's number.

PBOW, Solgold would already be part of BHP (and as a result of a derisory deal) if it were not for NM. It is clearly unfair to blame NM for the business problems DGR has had with third parties in the past. He funded the company to keep it going and the shares are 250% up 2025 to date.

The Board has more news to deliver prior to the AGM. This news could easily be strong enough to make a compelling case to go to production at TAM, derisk whilst doing so and facilitate a steady rise in SP towards NAV. I have done a bit of work melding a version of the Wilkie Model alongside Nash Equilibrium game theory. This suggests the Chinese out of this unless they make a knock out bid the Board cannot refuse. That number is miles north of where they are now. Going to production seems fine to me in absence of a proper offer. And that is not 60p.

Disagree. DGR had operational problems that can happen with these types of businesses. NM extended funding when others would not albeit at attractive rates to him. That said, his funding kept the business afloat and the share price has soared 250% year to date. NM is not Father Christmas but he is not a corporate letch. Delighted he is on board.

As shareholders, the best thing for us is full and fair price discovery. We won't get this by closing out the Chinese as part of any effort to 'Westernise' the asset. What we must strive for is shareholder unity, clear valuation anchoring and a refusal to be rushed or intimidated - even by allies. I am sure our Board is fully aware of all this and has the skill to manage things for the benefit of all shareholders. We are very lucky to have the team in charge. PS's experience is vital as are the skills of DV, NM and others. NM might be rough and ready but he cares about small shareholders and has guts. So glad he is in our corner at this critical time.

Tim, Abu Dhabi own around 9% of the world's oil and gas reserves which will last about 150 at current production levels. In addition, they have a $1 Trillion SWF as well as other assets. They're doing OK for a while :-)

Quite right, Mike. Fair value for all PI shareholders is what we are after and fair value relates to the value of the assets as you indicate. Given the history here, I do not believe our Board has any interest in throwing in cards and entertaining offers which hugely undervalue the true value of the assets. Why would they? Our backers are quite happy to see us go to production whilst derisking along the way. Perhaps the board would entertain offers ONCE the share price in the market has reached 60p. That would be in line with what they have set out over the last 8 months and would make a lot of sense.

And the moon is made of cheese dear Needy, the moon is made of cheese. DV quite happy to take your advice and agree to give away the company he is CEO of for a song. DVvknows that the NAV of this business is ca 165p derisked. He also knows he has the backing of financiers to go ahead and derisk it thru to production. Fair offers only from suitors and that's not 60p.

Aqu, PS provides excellent L2 data and interprets it well. He provides a good service for us all in doing so.

FT, NM has 'saved' PIs at least twice from lowball attempts, one from BHP and one from the Chinese. NM and his related parties and friends will not accept a low offer for the company and I don't believe DV will either. PIs here know the true value of the derisked asset. DV sketched this out recently at 165p. PIs should hold the line and believe in their Board and its plans. We have an outstanding team leading this company. Just look how well they have done this year and with much more to come. Great job DV.

The 'country risk' isn't a concern for suitors. One only has to look at the DRC, that is not exactly Switzerland but major mining has been developed nevertheless. The shareholder register is dominated by Western leaning entities. Then this is geopolitical dimension with the US recently categorising copper as a strategic metal. The Chinese will find it difficult to acquire Solgold. They will have to pay an awful lot of money.

You are right to point that out Fort. Solgold will be sold for much more than that (2 to 5 times more) or we will go to production. That is my sincere opinion.

Having reviewed the last 3 BHP Annual Reports as well as their share price over the same period, they would have only themselves to blame were they to let Solgold slip away. My view is that Mr Henry has been influenced not to let that happen.
