Hi Add, If you recall, I checked the share register on 10 November 2025 at which time Norges owned 80,021,791 shares with the last change showing as on 5 August 2025 when they sold 2,328,647 shares. The latest annoucement suggests 2,853,209 purchased since then. I will have a look later to see if I can provide any further update. More generally, JCC now boxed into a timetable they cannot escape. Supreme skill shown by DV, Solgold and its advisers. Magnificent. So pleased to be a shareholder in this company.

Add, I have not looked into it as carefully as I would have liked to but it seems to me that the Board has 'named and shamed' JCC a little. Is that right?

Good. At least you now agree/admit that our CEO was correct and that there was no dilution as a result of the JCC purchase of Solgold Canada shares via which the company received a cash consideration from JCC. Now the 5p raise. Are you still expecting that? If so, please explain why. If not, please explain why your view has changed.

Dan Vujcic confirmed the fact that the sale of Solgold Canada shares i.e. shares already in existence and therefore not newly issued ones, resulted in no dilution to existing shareholders. Stack, is Dan Vujcic mistaken, incompetent or lying? What do you think? Is there a possibility that our CEO is correct and therefore you are wrong?

Stack, no additional shares were issued when JCC bought the Solgold Canada shares. There was no dilution. DV confirmed this. The 5p raise, are you now saying it won't happen? Is that what you are saying now Stack? If you are, why are you saying that now? What has changed in your view?

Add, Dick van Dyke says that laughing is his key to reaching 100 years old and having a happy life. Stack, where are you? 5p. Still happening? Please tell us all your views.

Precisely, Jack. Plus, his fund may need to rebalance following the huge Solgold SP rise of late. WI has to fulfill his fund mandate first and foremost irrespective of his core views on Solgold. To protect his fund and book, be may need to rebalance and sell Solgold shares even though he loves the share. Business has to come first. Locking in big profits will never hurt him. A skewed portfolio could really hurt him. He's a businessman!

Eloro, I'd never disrespect WI as he has had a good career but his is just an opinion of an outsider who doubtless has his reasons for saying what he said. What the company is doing is way more important.

Hear, hear RBM. Well said. DV has only been in place for 8 months or so. I was a big critic at the start. I am now an admirer. Great work rate and continual reference to maximising the interests of shareholders. Focus on the deeds of the company and its management. They are doing a great job and, may I say, an altruistic one. Really impressive.

I wouldn't be too influenced by 'Big Dude' Warren if I were you. After all, his last name is Irwin not Buffett. Instead, focus on the master strategy of our Board and what they are doing on our behalf. Skillful and tough. Excellent.

DV and Board of Directors doing a magnificent job for shareholders and representing true value of Solgold's assets. How lucky we are to have such a talented group of people representing us. Tremendous strategy and tenacity. Much more to come here. Company quite happy to take us to production at TAM. Suitors have to pay a fair price if they want to buy some or all of us. Your numbers are not unreasonable Jack. Pretty much spot on the same as Stas20's back in May. Cannacord agre with you and that is the trajectory and direction of travel. Severe 'derisking' soon could really boost the share price. 0.8 to 1.1 X NAV is what Tier 1's go for, agree with that. How exciting to be a Solgold shareholder.

Oh you mean David Paulden aka Zak Polanski? Circus act. I would like to know who is behind his funding. So pleased that Solgold enjoys global demand for its assets and is not a UK or EU focused company.

Very true PS. For industrials, the UK has energy prices between 4 and 5 times more than the US which is why companies such as Ineos declined building new plant in Scotland and did so in Texas instead. Germany too is experiencing similar with BASF in Ludwigshafen making historic cuts there whilst building new plant elsewhere. Look at the nightmare at Orsted or have a look at Barry Norris' excellent 'Britain is a Goner with the Wind'paper. The world is quickly moving towards hydrocarbons and renewables operating side by side. That was clear at the recent OPEC meeting in Abu Dhabi. We have an energy crisis in the UK. I wish we would copy Norway and fully develop our oil and gas reserves so that the public and business both enjoy lower energy bills plus our balance of payments deficit would reduce. Anyway, another excellent day for Solgold. Ticking up nicely in an otherwise choppy market. News coming at any stage. Really happy with progress here.

That's funny, Needy. Investors such as JCC, BHP and Newmont as well as our humble selves expect and assume that gold, copper and silver ore is extracted from the earth and invest accordingly. Where do you expect it too come from, Tesco's? :-)
