Ort, if you have a look at the RNSs on COPL, Anavio TR1s were announced months after the event so the whole thing is as clear as mud sorry to say. I think we are all fairly sure this is insitutional activity and this would be consistent with the work DV has been doing lately. News due soon. Exciting!

Well said, Iky. The basics are done so badly at this company. Up to date company presentations, measured, logical and realistic RNSs, speedy reply to company-related and courteous emails sent to company representatives. I'm not interested in tuning into 'The Roast' and getting a sermon. Get the basics right GLR.

Been checking polling with local firms, Click Report, Maluk Research, CEDATOS and CIEES. Current weighted national mean is Yes 58% No 37% and Undecided 5%. Anybody's race to win I guess but looks OK for DN (and for us, hopefully :-) )

Good morning all. Plenty of news due soon from the company and likely to be transformative for company , country and share price. Interesting to note the US's rhetoric over Venezuela and Colombia but never Ecuador. Mr Noboa's US education, business contacts and frequent visits to Mar a Lago Florida must surely be significant in this regard. Chinese ownership of some or all of Solgold therefore not a racing certainty by any means. TAM results due soon. Good job DV!

Last week's lottery numbers for AR and partners.

In taking their current position, they may have thought no bid was coming and that past delays meant the market would drift. They shorted on that basis, probably hedging within the sector.

But with the share price up 150%, that call has clearly gone against them. The market now seems to be pricing in something more positive.

Of course they could be collaborating with a (much bigger) counterpart. All we know is that, so far, their short has cost them big time and there is nothing to suggest this will improve for them anytime soon. I think Add's thoughts on that summed things up nicely. :-)

Well, no wonder so many hedge funds are shutting their doors for good! AR's 'strategy' has cost them a fortune so far. Come to thing of it, when do they think they will recover their losses and then actually make some money with their position at Solgold. Maybe close the trade or be forced to close the doors, eh? :-)

I'm probably in a minority of 1 here by stating that I would like to see 'Newco' headed by N Mather. He can leave his role at Solgold, stay a shareholder and then go and get cracking at Newco. Hopefully, as a Solgold shareholder, I'll have some shares in Newco. Meanwhile, DV and co remain at Solgold to do their thing. Really happy to be a shareholder in this business. Lots of news expected by end Q4 2025.

IP, In life as you know, a glass can be half empty or half full. It's your choice. If you're long here, read the updated presentation carefully again. Also think about BHP's average price here and when they paid that. NAV est 164p and deals in this sector go for 0.8 to 1.1 of NAV. Take MF's advice, IP, relax! And have a good weekend. :-)

Sometime soon, maybe have a think about driving your car looking through the windscreen rather than looking in the rear view mirror. If you're shorting this stock now, that's fine but, frankly, I don't rate your chances. The new presentation clearly sets out advancements at the company over the last few months. Prospects are excellent as is management. If you're long not short, maybe it's time to sell your holdings if you have so little confidence in management. What else could DV have done in such a short time and he is not finished yet in 2025 by a long way.

..and the junior gold sector is down about 4% over the same period. So excited to be a shareholder in this company. Plenty of news expected by the end of the year, terrific management team and a real purpose being shown. We may end up as a producer at TAM but it is also quite possible that some/all of the company will be sold. Excellent strategy by DV and the team. This company is has a tremendous forward momentum now. Life changed for the better at the pub. Alleluia :-)

Why is that your opinion, IP? Please explain and provide evidence, if available. Please factor in legal obligations and duties of CDs under CA 1986 when answering.

Ort, I think he's achieved quite a lot actually. It's only just over 7 months ago. Check out this timeline:

March 4 2025. Appointed CEO of SolGold alongside new Chair Paul Smith. Marked a leadership and strategy reset focused on moving from exploration to staged development.

March 4 2025. Announcement of Technical Committee and ExploreCo concept. Created a structure to advance Cascabel and TAM while packaging non core assets for separate funding.

April to May 2025. Finalised revised Investment Protection Agreement with Ecuador. Secured tax and legal stability for Cascabel and TAM.

May 2025. Environmental licence granted for advanced exploration at Porvenir. Kept the regional exploration pipeline active for future inclusion in ExploreCo.

June 2025. Delisting from TSX and consolidation of ownership of Cascabel. Simplified the corporate structure and reduced administrative cost.

June 2025.Appointment of Charles Joseland as Senior Independent Director. Improved governance and strengthened board oversight.

July 2025. Second tranche of Franco Nevada and Osisko funding confirmed. Provided non dilutive project funding and maintained investor confidence.

August 2025. Decision to redomicile SolGold to Europe and DV relocation announced. Streamlined regulation and aligned management with European capital markets.

September 17 2025. First phase of Tandayama América drilling results announced. Showed 166 metres at 0.44 percent CuEq from 20 metres with open pit potential.

September 2025. DV interview confirmed early production target from TAM within 3 to 4 years. Positioned TAM as the near term cash flow source to fund Cascabel underground.

September 2025 Statement that 2025 reshaped SolGold. Summarised transformation to a financed and simplified developer.

October 13 2025 Further positive drill results at Tandayama América released. Reported 158.2 metres at 0.64 percent CuEq from 7.8 metres confirming shallow mineralisation.

October 13 2025. DV described a strong run of near surface outcomes. Reinforced confidence in near term open pit strategy and de risked early production plan.

October 2025 SolGold share price up around 150 percent since DV took over as CEO.

In short, please keep doing 'not that much' DV and well done to you and your team in the meantime!

As you all know, much news is expected here by the end of Q4 and I also expect the Company to oversee a re-rating of its broker forecasts based on revised prices for the underlying resources. As a matter of interest, I just checked the share price of Solgold for October and compared this to a couple of indices for junior miners and producers. Both of those are down about 11% October to date whilst Solgold is up about 7% month to date. Sure, the latter is off its highs for the month but progress is still fine.The good work continues at Solgold with DV at the wheel. Keep it going, Dan!
