Ca34% of the market cap owned by 3 super majors20 Oct 2025 14:00
Pretty sure he was there last week Add but I could be wrong.
Just another thought, the ownership structure above provides validation, technical support, and optionality. It underpins SolGold’s access to capital markets, lowers perceived geological risk, and keeps a competitive tension between BHP, Newmont, and Jiangxi. It’s effectively a safety net in that, even if one disengages, another is positioned to move.
Very few small caps globally can claim such backing. Aside from Ivanhoe Mines in its earlier stage, SolGold is probably the only sub-£1 billion company in the world today with three supermajors as major shareholders and this is wonderful news for us.
This dynamic that makes the story strategically compelling and why any tangible derisking (like Tandayama’s shallow starter pit results) can catalyse outsized share price movements.
My opinion is that, notwithstanding much news to come by the end of Q4, big news may still be announced before the end of this month so within 10 days or so. TAM results and their implications for faster production is what I believe could be the focal point.
