Stevo: Agree that this will take weeks to clear and creditors seem to be accepting low prices for shares at moment, possibly at a loss. It`s now a trading share for the foreseeable. 20p~25p range would be acceptable to trade with.

Anybody out there to clarify what this means exactly please ?
"The Company confirms that the issue of certain new ordinary shares to creditors will result in an adjustment to the exercise price under the terms of the existing equity warrants issued by the Company in 2017. The exercise price will be adjusted from £0.4081 to £0.4017 with effect from 1 April 2021."

"April Fools Day". Surely they cant be that cruel....Will be very nervous at Tomorrows start not realy knowing which way it will go. May take a few weeks to settle down to a more stable price range.

Government thinking of charging baccy Co`s for cost of cleaning up dumped filters. Same as chewwy Co`s. Seems to be a very easy way of getting more cash out of profitable companies.

First time invested into this one. Rather like the cash pile they have and not that sure what to do with it... I could suggest that part of it is given back to holders rather than being taxed by the Gov. Not going to be a long term hold for me though and will be happy with 10% rise in S.P.

Have seen many small trades going in on this one. WHY ? Not worth the outlay for the return.

Havn`t seen the bow pictures in the dessert but this whale will take some pullin out. Next news is that it`s starting to break apart due to the stresses.

I`m sure that this will be the first option if the tugs fail to move it. If the dredge dosn`t work, then it will be there for a while. All looks simple on paper, but this vessel is enormous and will be settling even deeper as each day passes.

If it`s not moving on an high tide, then big lift cranes will be required to off-load the containers. This would take more than a few days or even a few weeks as they also have to consider the ships stability once it starts moving. Any delays will see an excuse to raise the POO higher.

Was in and out in 1 day trading at last drop as the sell off definitely isn`t over yet. Looking to buy back in below £ 1.50 and am sure that it could go even lower as panic selling kicks in even more.

To earlier comment regarding Amigo. Amigo is a one horse trick Co. This Co has a lot more going for it and in a way, the FCA news is welcome to sort out the issues once and for all. Would be best to get rid of the personal loans division at a loss. Purely a gamble on my part buying into this one and will take any decent profits ASAP, but believe that this Co will overcome this and get back on track after the regulator accept their proposals.

Bought in as going through the Company info seems to be an over-reaction sell off knowing that this would happen. They have put in some protection in that they are prepared to liquidate the loans side. The FCA will be well aware that they need to give some leeway. Fines will be the result.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC provides financial services. The Company offers mergers, acquisitions, restructurings. Wonder who they are acting on behalf of ?

Still buying on dips and will continue to do so for a while. As said before, i believe that they will buy a minimum of 15~ 20% before either a takeover offer is made or a debt for equity offered. My personal target has been raised to 60+p but can see offers in 80~1.00 range for a takeover price.

Agree Aby: This is being kept down way below what it should be trading at. Do expect another RNS soon regarding MS buying more shares at low prices. Allowing the profit takers to clear first so that they can get in as low as possible. The update will clarify better what position the Company is in. Lots of cash available out there to buy in on any weakness. GL.

Not sure if NAV is as high as £ 1.12 now but do believe that the true trading price should be in the 60p range. This is below the NAV as is normal with property companies.

Be glad to move above this range into £40+. Nearly in profit including dividend payment but required several top ups and put a lot more in than planned. Need some positive news from UNI to start moving North.

Looking for a steady rise now as bottom seems to have been hopefully reached. Dividend payment this Month so looking good for now. Still a good price to get in for longer term.

Think you`ll fare a lot better with this one than INTU. Did the same with NMC and lucky to have sold out at small profit two days before it got suspended. Has £ 13 k in at one time and sold out before the last big rise thinking i had sold too early.
The rest is history. Dont need to wish you Good Luck on this one as you are already in on a winner...
