Not reflected in the S.P. though ? Bought in Yesterday on fundamentals which look good. Supprised the price is near lows. Any reason for this ?

Be nice to see a decent rise in all the PM`s. CEY hasn`t risen for a while since highs but neither have any of the others such as HOC/FRES. I agree that POLY will perform better than CEY long term under the current conditions in each Country.

Think it is better to have a position in several of the PM Companies rather than just one. Have taken a small position in PAF to spread risks. PM`s should be trading higher on earnings to come but seem to be range bound for now. All will rise unexpectedly so worth getting in now prices are suppressed.

Obviously more to this than a few missing shares. I suspect that naughty things have been going on and the F.C.A. have picked up on this early to see who has the missing shares and if they actually own them. Havn`t a clue what the outcome wil be on this one but the silence doesn`t give me much confidence in this Company keeping its listing.

Watched a doc on You Tube saying that a lot of the World`s mined gold is not accounted for. It says that man has been fascinated with gold because we still have Annunaki DNA in us and that the South African war (BOER WAR) was fought at great expense so that the British Empire (Blue blood) could take over the gold mines. Probably tosh but just shows that gold is indeed in Humans DNA and will always be sought after. Just thought i`d post this as boored of watching T.V.

Needs a director buy to get it moving back up quickly. Hope i`ve bought in at bottom now back to £ 2.00 + level.

Inflation is rising and PM`s will soon be in demand again regardless of manipulation. Fiat becoming more diluted as money printing continues. The powers will try and suppress precious metals but ultimately the $ will be seen as a standard that is no longer suitable for gold & silver. They are doing the same to crypto in regulations as they want control over bitcoin.

Russia planning on taxing ferrous/base metal exports. Would hurt profits if it was actioned.

Probably found some more missing shares they forgot about. Just be happy to get stake back on this one and move on. Shambles of a Company Management for a PLC.

It does not appear to be the issue of new shares on this occasion but shares in issue that have not been declaed at the IPO. Not expecting this to be related to an acquisition when the stock starts trading again. Would be welcome news but i believe that the missing shares where not knowingly declared. Seems to be related to others having a trading account with the new share that have not been able to trade/exchange. Not buying that story to fob off the FCA and good that the shares were suspended. Fairly small dilution when these missing shares are listed but why where they not declared at the IPO ?

Unfortunately these are not new share issues. They should have been included in the initial IPO and have just been "overlooked" ? I still believe that these hidden shares would have been used later to obtain profits and go un-noticed by the market. Seems they have been given a slapped hand by the FCA... Will see if an acquisition is the reason but i doubt it.....

Not worth the hassle to be given excuses as have been there before. Just happy that this Co was suspended before these hidden shares came to light later on. Probably when the price was higher. Will never know who has been keeping the shares hidden as they always cover the true story. Dont know if this was a genuine mistake but having had a close shave with NMC, then tend to always look at the negative side. Hopefully everything has been cleared now and will wait to see what the S.P. does on trading resumption.

Trading to be restored: An additional 9.4 m to share issue. Who has been hiding these ? Sounds very dodgy and looks like the FCA have been made aware before real damage could have been done. Will it open lower on suspension ? If so, then shareholders should be given some of these extra shares as this was not known when bought.

Long term price trend suggest start buying back in when this goes below £ 1.60 so next week should see the bottom.

Diter: I bought my shares through Jarvis Investment Management account. Never known a share to be suspended twice after only being listed for a few weeks. Did some research so it wan`t a pure gamble and saw a decent Company. Obviously didn`t know that there are other issues within. Hope it not as bad as NMC involving the Director and missing shares. Sold out the day before that one got suspended so hope that all is resolved soon in this one. Be happy if it came back at 50% less.

Sorry, i bought the shares a day before it was suspended at 0.38p. The spread at the time should have been noted but still pressed the button. Maybe i like the pain...

I bought in after doing some research on the Company in that they had an established distribution network and also in that they would sign a new contract. Maybe should have delved a bit more. Also as it was a recent listing, i believed that the Company had been thoroughly audited by two separate accountants. The issue seems to be that others have shares in issue that have not been accounted for. Dont think anyone would have known that as it wasn`t made clear. Bad choice on my part but never saw anything untowards when i bought in. Hope that the FCA clear this up and also make clear to the Director that rules have to be followed if the want to remain listed. As i say, i have wrote off this punt but hope something can be salvaged.

Taken a punt in this on as these types of Companies can make you rich if you got in early, can also make you poor but that`s what lifes about. See what my £ 3 K punt is worth after a year.
