Dividend is small compared to daily losses which are twice as much. Had to top up at these levels and the dividend will be a bonus. This is bargain prices IMO and worth holding on to. Fill yer boots...

Just another boring day with no real movement expected until lockdown end dates announced. Some good news from HMSO would be welcome...

FIRD: Anybody getting in below £ 40 is onto a winner over a short period of time. This one wont be kept down for long as per confidence in Director buys. Just another case of market manipulation panicking sellers while they stock up. Added another £ 15 K Today near lows after selling all other stocks. Next stop...£ 45.00....

FATP: My point is that Companies like ABF have suffered very large profit losses due to Primark, yet the S.P. is still higher than it should be. The end of lockdown is near, and this is what is keeping it up. Unilever is a steady profit maker and the sell off is overdone as the herd panic.
Was in ABF earlier this Year but sold out in £19 range. Didnt think it would go much higher but it did..

Snake: Also believe that this is now oversold on sentiment. Kitchen sink on this one. Performing better than AB foods (Primark) yet AB S.P. is at high levels considering how much that have lost in lockdown. Also Greggs which has taken a massive profit loss. Market dosn`t follow the fundementals of a Company. Herd mentality rules.

Could go down further as negative sentiment from earnings forecast. Personally, i see UNI as one of the moststable FTSE 100 Co`s maintaining a reasonable dividend and will find new markets to trade with after Brexit. Am in with £ 60k at moment and keeping for 6 Months minimum as am confident that price will be back to £ 45.00 in this period.

£7.7b in cash reserves & a downgrade ? Think that they should start buying back some of their own shares while the price is near the bottom.

First time into this Co and can see funds stocking up at these prices. Dividend cover as well as spin off for tea section. What`s not to like about this one ?

A cut in Business rates for shops is required to get footfall going again. Not sure if this Government are that bothered about the high street shops because they receive higher taxation from on-line sellers such as Boo/ASOS.
Ham need to diversify more in warehouse storage. Sell some low profit centres and pay off some debt is also required.

Some big buys going in after hours notification. Look like ordinary trades of over 2,000,000. Who would be accumulating this big without some knowlege ?.

So, looking at April before non-essential shops can open up again. They will open up with covid restrictions such as supermarkets have now, but don`t see an issue as people are going crazy stuck in and want to go shopping again. These shares are worth holding on to IMO and not long to wait before normality slowly returns. That`s if Boris stops listeneing to the scaremonger scientist.

Whats another few weeks wait. The damage is well and truly done for retail. Can see a return to normal taking Years and new companies taking over vacant premises. Will stick with Hammerson at these levels as can see a gradual rise in S.P. as rents are collected.

Click & collect seems to be the future direction. e.g. screw-fix are only small shops but are doing great using this method. Retail will always be around, but Hammerson need to have these type of shops renting their property. They probably do have some at present, but need to increase this way of shopping. I believe that they are waiting for news regarding lockdown easing and will take the required actions. Another top up Today as this one is caught in the panic sell offs.

Seems to be the future for online storage companies. Maybe better to start buying more warehouses and selling off retail parks to diversify more.

Taken a punt on this based on future better results and property assets + cash to see them through. 40p target will do me.

The Company must have authorised the payments so wont be buying in until a response has been issued. Not much defence they can provided and can see prosecutions on this one.

Strongly agree that the spread has also accelarated by parents who have not followed the rules. People are now more willing to report gatherings that break the rules. I was having a Xmas meal within my social bubble at a relatives house. A knock on the door was by the police who said it was reported that a party was going on. The police appoligised as we were within the rules for gatherings in tier 3 at the time, but they had to follow up that a party over six people had been reported at the house. If fines are the way to control things, then so be it if people wont follow the rules.

Usual panic selling but the lockdown hasn`t changed that much for public transport companies. Boris is actually correct in shutting schools as these places are the biggest cause of the virus spreading and they should have been closed for longer the first time. I know that parents of school children will suffer, but this is the way to eradicate this new virus. Had to buy some more shares under £ 9 as i cant see it dropping like the first lockdown now that people social distance and wear masks on public transport. Bit of an over-reaction IMO and looking to see it get back to £10 level this week.

Laidback: First time i have invested in this oiler and have to agree with your comments for 2021. Seems to be one of the better ones to invest in in that it is still near lows with upside on the horizon. Strong buy.

Oiler87: Totally agree dilution is screaming on this one. Can see a placement, but not for private investors to be included. This share only for the brave or foolish now as there are too many negatives regarding production rate increases. If not already in, then dont buy in yet...
