Cheapsharesboy, not all UK dividend shares are bad take a look at Aviva for one, they have had buybacks pay a good dividend and I'm also 40percent up on capital, legal & general and m&g also reliable dividend payers, i have quite a few US funds and they are doing badly lately dropping every, something moleman doesn't want to admit, best thing to do when things get tough is keep collecting and reinvesting the dividends

Vodafone doing ok at the moment, let's hope we have left the 60s behind

Very predictable this one, results then drops back, a bit of a rise before xdiv then it drops back to £2.20, it's ok if your lucky to have a low average or top up when it drops back low 220s

LTI, now that Trump has stabbed them in the back they have very few options

Unlucky, Ukraine has agreed to do anything the Americans tell them to do because they have very little choice, Putin hasn't agreed anything, they are stuck between two dictators that want to screw them, but i hope it has a good ending for them

Does anyone know how easy it is to transfer a stocks and shares isa, do you have to sell down your holdings first or can they transfer them

Dan, I wish mate, I'm retired now, i just assumed most on here were younger than myself, I no longer pay into a Sipp, just take money out and apart from 25% tax free i have to pay tax on withdrawals, so any new money i put into the isa

but for anyone still working the Sipp is the best option

Stocks and shares isa's are a must have, surprised you guys are not also using a sip where the tax man pays 20 or 40% tax to you, to invest ?

Fleccy, i also sold all of my Lloyds shares about a week ago for a nice profit, but that doesn't mean I'm not losing money on my Vodafone shares, it's like receiving 10k in dividends and losing 10k of your capital and thinking you've made a good profit, I'm not sure who your trying to convince, us or yourself

but it seems you have been receiving good money from other sources, so best of luck to you

Fleccy, what happened to Vodafone shares are only a loss if you sell, and you seem to have taken that loss, forget about the profit on Lloyds that's a different matter

We all know it's a good feeling when we get a good win, and i don't mind anyone bragging about winning as long as they are as vocal about the one's they are losing on, then, we can all learn something from it, we all know this is a Casino, some you win some you lose, anyway we are all winners with Vodafone today

Dan, we have crazy people in charge of the most dangerous countries in the world, the market's don't like all this uncertainty and we have that in abundance at the moment, i have sold off a few of my US funds and just holding some money in cash for a while, who knows what will happen next, back to Vodafone let's hope the May results impress
