Most cases don’t go to fca as the people making the complaint give up when they initially get rejected. CMC send any rubbish claims in they don’t weed up the I had 3 loans over 5 years brigade and most of these give up on first rejection. I have followed complaints on debt camel and FOS and the big payday ones were payday loans. To win with FOS you need 7 loans minimum as they tend to ignore the first 5. I don’t know how many claims they have received but they are priced for bankruptcy.Amigo was run corruptly for years and then floated on the stock exchange and anyone who bought in has lost loads of money.

That is correct Bessie the bad ones have gone to the wall for historical bad lending. Provident are in a similar line with their home credit and set aside £50 million for a scheme of arrangement. CMC have submitted claims for 1 loan which will fail you need loads of loans when you could not afford to repay to win and you can only go back so many years. Recent loans ie with in last 5 years will not count as these will have been done under the new guidelines. I think cmc are just submitting for a pay day

The reason for the harsh drop is his illegal share sale. He has committed a crime by selling his shares and ruined his reputation. Million dollar question is why? I have bought 30k at 16p as most CMC claims are rushed and often fail as they send in thousands hoping some sneak few. I bought on the fact that this is not a payday loan company and once the herd start getting rejected claims the numbers will fall.

I will wait for the Ukrainian situation to unravel as can’t make up my mind if it is on or off. It looks like it is on but that will ruin markets

A lot of people sold today rather than have their money tied up for months but reckon they will be buying back in next week as it is a good dividend payer. This will be lower going forward but still worth having.

I cannot see an estimate for this anywhere. They will produce 10k tin and 350k lithium (pegamite)which gives 580 million US dollars revenue per annum but don’t know what capital is required to hit that production. Even with 1200 per annum tin production at stage 1 expansion and say 40k lithium production after pilot plant plant gives them 60 million US dollars revenue per annum and say gross profit of 30 million dollars a year.

I reckon phase 2 will not be done before 2025 but it they can borrow instead of equity they can be a minimum ten bagger in 3 years.

But our directors don’t want to leave the gravy term as they want somebody to invest and build a mine and keep them in employment.

FDA don’t leak news but selling unrepentant especially when an approval would boost the share price so much. Excuse my rambling but this share is way my biggest holding.

£70 million market cap and still a year away from commercial lithium mining and even longer to get it to battery grade so on the whole fairly priced.
