No it will not. As long as they have good clear reasons as to why they got rid. I am sitting on the fence and sometimes it is both employee or employer can be at fault. A lot of people said they needed a more experienced person after takeover and it that is the reason then that is unfair dismissal you offer that person a good package imho.
Your dinosaur comment is assuming the company has done nothing wrong which may be true but let the tribunal decide.
