Evraz is still trading in the USA on the otc market. It closed up 40% so no they are not booting it off the market. Evr pog and poly and a few GDR are still allowed to trade

They will ramp it up Monday. Ex dividend next week. I think we will see £1.50 by Wednesday.

Pog has debt in dollars. It is also a basket case and never pays a dividend. I would put my money in poly before pog

They are so slow. I bought Gazprom adr the other day. They took hours but it benefited me as the price was dropping

I still cannot see how the demerger can go ahead as nobody outside Russia can hold RASP shares. The deal was we give up coal assets for RASP shares. We did our part of the exchange but no rasp shares will be given. It has not completed and can’t complete.

RASP shares are on the list so nobody can hold them outside of Russia, so we are loosing an asset and getting nothing in return. I cannot see how the demerger can go ahead as it has not completed.

I think the coal assets are coming back. RASP is only listed on Moscow exchange so the currency is roubles. The value of the rasp shares to overseas shareholders has fallen and no overseas shareholders could sell and transfer currency out so it makes sense to cancel. I agree should be a RNS though so hopefully first thing tomorrow

They won’t add back £1.88 to the share price. If the coal assets come back the business is with more. We went from £4.45 to £3.40 so we might get an extra 20p if it has been cancelled.

Putin is worth 200 billion. The guy had a part time job as a taxi driver in th 1990,s and he so a thief like the rest of them.

Dividend are rarely cancelled. This company paid out 90p in dividends last year. Will be less because of RASP but say 50p that is a 100% yield. I was bought Lloyds bank pref shares for 25p after the financial crisis and they paid 9p a year dividend. Redeemed for a £1. Same with Enquest bonds for 20p and they pay 8p a year and will be redeemed for a £1.

The split happened but don’t know the timetable for cash which could be November

They have suspended ADR for Gazprom etc. EVR not affected as London listed. No sanctions either

I think people are assuming they cannot export steel. These are long term contracts and if they stopped would cause international customers huge problems and cause layoffs all over the world.
