I do follow Ardens Research Heid.
In April 2020 they had a target of £1.10 (.55p ) when the share price was 20p (0.10p)
In January 21 they had a target of 90p (.45) when the shareprice was 38p (.19p).
In September 21 they maintained 90p when the share price was 25p
Subsequently the price fell to 11p (0.055p)
Now they're saying 67p when the price is 22p despite the increase in Oil price, seems they're going backwards too.
Nobody really cares what your forecast is, because you have zero credibility in oil and gas valuations.

£3.5mm a year would equate to a 3p dividend.
That’s about a 15% return at current prices.
The £8mm of cash and receivables could fund the Biscathorpe well and whatever Eric and Ernie plan to do at WN. If both those things work, all well and good, if they don’t there’s the divi to support the price.

$1mm of Wressle revenue (plus the other 3 cash generating assets) adds £390k of net cash to the bottom line.
Feb 22 cash and receivables less Jan 11 cash and receivables.
That’s £390k over 41 days which is £3.47mm per year free cash after opex and overhead.

Theyve now only lost £10mm of shareholders money.. so some way to go.. almost back at the last leaked raise.. those "investors" must be well chuffed with management...

According to RBD they had cash of £1.139 at 31/12
They subsequently raised £7.5mm and on 10th of June they had £6.8mm
Thats a cash outflow of £1.84mm (Includes a net £500k to Corallian)
Between the 7th June and 20th of October they were testing at WNB1z and WNA2, that's 135 days of testing , perhaps GP will tell us what daily testing costs but assuming £50k/day that's £6.75mm gross or £1.1 net to RBD. So I expect that their year end cash position was £5.8mm less overhead costs. The previous 6 months admin expenses to 30th June were £950k, so assuming the same rate they probably ended 2021 with about £4.8mm.

If there was a handy gas grid connection they should be exporting gas (Assuming the gas is up to entry specs) not generating power other than for onsite use.
The question to be asked is will they be ultimately planning to export the gas, or is the plan for local generation and export of power to the grid?
Both options will have reasonably significant capital costs, and of course take some time, depending on the distances involved.

Ribeye just explained what the situation is, it’s basic stuff.
Drop the pressure and the gas comes out of solution.
They’ve now told us the bubble point is 300psi, that means that when the reservoir pressure drops below this the gas will come out of solution in the reservoir not once it’s come to the surface.
This shouldn’t make too much difference but in part this may add to (or form) a gas cap.
In terms of the revenue from power production. Part will be used to offset their current usage to will in effect be “sold” at the rate they are currently paying for power. The rest will be in effect interruptible base load, as playing the daily swings is difficult as they won’t want to stop producing oil so the gas stream will be constant and so will the power.
No idea what uncommitted baseload pays at the moment.

£6 is a market cap of £700mm even you realised that was stupid (pre or post consolidation is irrelevant)
At £2 that’s a market cap of £225mm. How do you get there from the current producing reserve base?
So please explain how you get to £1 from the current assets…

I'm a shareholder too, although I usually wait for the failed delivery of the transformational event and the leaked raise to clear out first. So I'm looking forward to the CPR. But because I take a balanced view, I will still call out management for losing £14mm of shareholders money, and being less than fulsome with their news, and of course the deluded rampers who don't know their @rse from their elbow when it comes to oil and gas...

I’m my experience knowing when to sell is the key element of successful investing. Knowing when to cut your losses but also knowing when to take some or all of your profits.
They’re both difficult to do, it’s against our natural instincts… if you’re losing you don’t really want to sell for the reasons I mentioned, equally if the share is doing well there’s often a reluctance to take a profit, just in case it goes even higher after you sell… in both cases we’re driven by self judgement that we got it wrong…we sold too early, so we “lost out”.
It takes discipline, and it’s not easy to do consistently.

The deluded thinking of a true believer. You bought at over 20p it’s now 14.5p, you’ve lost money..it’s the mindset of Someone who will hold regardless simply to avoid actually admitting to their own fragile ego theyve made a poor investment. We all make poor investment decisions from time to time, that’s the deal in investing rather than saving, the ability to accept you got it wrong and cut your losses separates Investors from gamblers..

I’d be more than happy to congratulate the company when it’s recovered the shareholders money it’s lost, and provided them with a return. Congratulating someone for losing 50% , 25% or even 10% of shareholders money when the price of their product has actually gone up by 60% is not something even you would want to do, is it Heid?
Oh yes I forgot you still worship Daaave even though he’s even lost you 30% in a matter of weeks… Stockholm syndrome?
