Suggest you actually read the Exane report on the RBD website rather than simply make up numbers...this was issued today and paid fro by RBD, these are NAVs... not revenue numbers.

I think you'll find that isn't correct Ribeye, although I suspect you know that.
Between 11 Jan and 21 Feb, the company received $1mm of Wressle gross revenue (plus other undisclosed production revenues).
Between those same dates Cash and Receivables went from 7.84mm to 8.23mm and increase of £390k over 41 days, that's £66k per week NOT £225-300k of cash on the balance sheet as you misleadingly state.

Reabold this morning published the updated WN valuation (and their other assets) by BNP Exane on their website.
Based on 8.9bn shares in issue it currently values Reabolds 56.3% of WN at
£8.9MM - Low Recovery Factor (35% Chance of Success)
£13.3mm - High Recovery Factor (25% CoS)
Pro rating that's £2.6 to £3.9mm to UJO's share.

In fairness to Heid, her long standing, much up ridiculed 'unresearched' shareprice predictions would appear not to be coming true. Certain people laughed at her £1 per share, others Split their sides at £2 some were utterly bewildered at her £6 and here we are sat at 27p with higher levels expected. Even Talk of 30p now! (A massive 60% of the float price 8 years ago)

and under what Law exactly would you bring an action?

The hypocrisy is of course plain for all to see.
They want cheap energy, they want the convenience of fossil fuel vehicles, but they don't want it to affect their view, property, way of life. Unfortunately these people also get to vote and so politics comes into play. Produce it offshore because the political noise and difficulty of doing it onshore is too great for the benefit it actually brings.
Complain all you like, but also recognise your own hypocritical self interest (you simply want the share price to rise), combine that with a bucket full of confirmatory bias, and its a platform for self righteous indignation.
