Snooping on the CEO, really? I’ve posted nothing that isn’t publicly available from their RNS, the RNSs of his previous companies, or published at companies house, or on Google Streetview. I don’t feel the need to spend £500/hr snooping on shareholders , advisors or folks who posts stuff on BB’s he’d rather you didn’t read… just exactly who is the snooper around here Heid. ?

The 26 days between the numbers being released added £175k to cash and receivables.
Thats gives £200k/month at present flowing to the bottom line from production less costs and overheads.
Given Historic costs of £1.6mm per annum in admin/overhead and the recent release from Europa's broker that they expect cash flow of £3mm a year from their 30% of Wressle, which suggests £4mm to UJO less £1.6mm overhead giving £2.4mm per annum of cash to the bottom line.. that's £200k per month. Seems to fit.

The Egdon Loan has been added to the receivables, but it wasn't included in the previous December numbers..
It does suggest that they should be more open about what the numbers actually represent.
Cash and receivables have not gone from £6.6mm to £7.8mm, rather they've gone from £6.6mm to £6.8mm (or £7.6mm to £7.8mm if you include the Egdon loan in both sets) over the month on a like for like basis. It does point to how much Wressle production is adding to the bottom line of cash and receivables on a monthly basis though ....

its an increase in receivables of £1mm in less than a month, which cannot come from production in that period.
Its not delayed liftings as happens offshore, as liftings happen daily...as were constantly told.
SO Jabez, answer the question, where did it come from...in your opinion?

If he's uncomfortable with me repeating the figures he puts in is own releases and accounts then that speaks more about his own, less than frank, communication issues.
I see the usual balls deep investors can't answer the simple question... where did the £1mm increase in receivables in less than a month come from?

Something not straight with the numbers being presented here.
According to UJO's own figures:
27/10/21 Wressle Revenues $1mm - RNS
16/12/21 Cash £6.06mm Receivables £600k (stated as "Production and Investment" Receivables) RNS
11/1/22 Wressle Revenues now $2mm that's an additional £745k revenue from Wressle between 27 Oct and 11 Jan.RNS
However In less than a month (16th Dec to 11th Jan) the Receivables have gone from £600k to £1.56mm - and cash from £6.06mm to £6.27mm.
It cannot be that the increase receivables are from production, that's not possible based on stated Wressle revenues, its not royalties, so it must be the addition of the Egdon Loan for repayment in May into the receivables. This places a different light on the numbers... Cash and receivables, on an apples to apples basis, has gone from £6.68mm to £6.84mm (assuming £1mm Loan receivables). Thats a whole lot different to the "implied" £1.2mm increase in cash and receivables...
And they wonder why they get grief from investors....

As we enter 22, the most likely early news event will be the result of the Corallian Strategic Review (Sale).
In the spirit of openness let’s all say what we think it will sell for. Can I suggest in the format:
1: Sale price of Corallian in £ (The whole company)
2: cash or shares or a mix? (Who’s shares?)
3 Net proceeds to RBD in £.

2022 Year of the CPR (either one)
This won’t really move until this is published and they get formal field approval from the OGA with agreed production rates. All the noise and rampers numbers are just uninformed hot air as they try to lure in more mug punters…

- that’s about 18p per share… their number not mine.

Thats the one thing they wont give you, because it spoils the age old AIM game of news flow and jam tomorrow, where would they be if they actually gave shareholders all the info you need to asses real value?
Trouble is here is after 8 years they've run out of mug punters... well there's the odd one or two still blowing the trumpet...
