Some more information16 Dec 2021 12:15
Now the rampers have finished their morning hyper hype, there is actually some new information to be gleaned from this release.
666 bbls/day over the last seven days, rather than the instantaneous 844 bbls/day. Not dissimilar to EDR and EOG implied 600-650 bbls/day for 22.
The conversion of gas to boe is a meaningless number , as 1) its being burned and thus is a cost not an income stream 2) The energy value will based on gas volumes (not boe) to be eventually converted to electricity.
On the finance side its now possible to calculate how much they spent in H2 with the WN, Wressle and overhead.
30/6 they had 4.67mm
23 Sept raised 3.00mm (no net number given so fees must have been paid in shares?)
19/8 - 27/10 they generated 760k ($1mm) assuming the same continued revenue generation of approx £11k/day then
28/10 - 16/12 they generated 535k (This fits with the comment about next revenue milestone, $2mm, in early 22.)
Total Income 8.96mm
Total expenditure H2 £2.90mm
Leaving £6.08mm
They still have to pay Calmar £2.08mm leaving a basic free cash number of £4.6 mm (inc accrued income of 600k)
They also state their NAV of 20mm, an interesting return on investment in light of the fact they've raise more than 30mm.
Also interesting that their own calculation of NAV is just 17.9p a share, an interesting admission having just raised at 22p...
Always happy to point out what the company has actually just published...
