RE: Feasibility studies26 Jul 2020 13:07
Cornerstone are just hacked off that they’re not getting to see how the PFS is progressing. The board can’t release an incomplete PFS it needs to signed off independently. Cornerstone have as much right to see the PFS currently as I do regardless of quantity of share ownership. Can you imagine if I asked SolGold to show me the workings on the PFS as it stands whether I hold 0.0001%, 2%, 10%, 20% of shares issued? They would tell me to beat it, it will be released when complete. Cornerstone think they’re bigger than they actually are and entitled to information when in reality they are not. The other thing that worries me is how are Cornerstone going to raise €420m for development costs? Even if SolG managed to acquire Cornerstones rights for $3.5m ( please let this happen but apologies to Cornerstone holders!) that would leave Solg 15% short for developing Alpala!?
