Without trying to sound pessimistic I don’t really see the point in tomorrow’s webinar if there’s no new news release beforehand. Will just be a rehash of the last webinar!

Pure speculation, £5B NAV @ 25% on PFS £1.25B, 60p or thereabouts share price, £1.20 bid SolGold no more come March 2021 after elections!

It’s actually a really good idea TOn1h, a little documentary as the work progresses. Craig is seemingly an avid photographer and being ex photo/videographer myself I’d love to be in Oz to document the work! Anyone these days can shoot footage and edit on free software so if I were you fire off an email to Craig (he’s very responsive) and suggest it. Great for marketing and updating Twitter with 2 minute videos keep investors informed and interested.

So down 5% today! What was the bad news that warrants a 5% drop with only 1.4m shares traded!? As we approach the Cornerstone offer deadline, BHP standstill agreement then a potential EGM trying to remove Nick Mather and the SolGold board it appears games are afoot to bring down the SolGold sp so shareholders back Cornerstones agenda!

Fingers crossed Wraith the drilling hits some good grades. The e-PEPR has been granted so that can be ticked off the list. Very exciting times.

I submitted a question to Share Talk asking about the IOCG strategy and how confident the team were they will come good. Will be interesting to see if it’s asked and what the response will be from Craig. Hopefully we’ll get the Share Talk update today.

Could the price be dropping due to the market factoring in the dilutive effect of the Cornerstone offer if it is accepted?

Your breakdown interestingly is in line with my thinking/expectation although my calculations are a lot more simplistic.

Assuming there’s 400m shares in issue - current shares/CLN/warrants/directors options/drilling contractor shares etc.

This is the simplistic/speculative part!

Assuming 1m oz at £20 per oz = £20m market cap.

£20m/400m = 5p.

However cash available should be around £2.5m if all the 2p warrants and directors options are bought.

Hopefully the £2.5m cash can be used to expand the 1m oz and/or target an IOCG deposit and if they do hit what looks like an IOCG deposit the SP most certainly won’t be 5p!!

I wonder if the board intends to use the remaining 3,250m of the accelerated drilling programme to stick a few pins into the 4 IOCG targets in early 2021?

400m x2 per IOCG target? That would be fun!

The only thing that will shift this SP is funding for the whole project or a bid Novice. Not too sure what you’re insinuating about young bucks in and LTH moving on? I’ve been in SolGold since 2012 so think I might pass as a LTH!

Everyone knew the Franco deal would get signed off it was just a matter of time so priced in.

What’s worrying me is the PFS might be priced in also and when that’s released it won’t shift the SP either. If that’s the case NM will be gone I’d imagine as more and more investors become frustrated and won’t want to hang around for another 5 years minimum before we start producing!

It’s been a long wait but hopefully the drilling will come up trumps! I’m really looking forward to results from the phase 1 drilling not just for the grades but to see how accurate the geo chem work the Cobra team have been doing leading up to the drilling. If the drilling results correspond to the pathfinder analysis I think we can all eagerly await them drilling the IOCG targets! Have a great weekend all.

Am I being paranoid or is the sp being managed to stay within 26.5p range? It’s almost as if the bid that may or may not come from BHP mid October will be around 52p giving a 100% premium to the moving 30 day average!

Guessing here and we’ll find out soon enough but I’d imagine the main thrust of the webinar will be about the board reshuffle/shake up and one last push to appeal to Cornerstone shareholders to accept the offer.

I really hope there is otherwise its a totally pointless webinar. All the questions with any meaning will be fobbed off. FNV deal sign off ongoing due to Covid, PFS due end of Q3 (hopefully!) offer for Cornerstone in process, drilling at Hueca ongoing results pending etc etc. What else can he say other than what we all know!?

Surely there’s going to be news announced before the webinar! If there isn’t why would NM take the time to update investors with old presentations and same old same old info!?

100m at 2p then directors options at 4p for around 8m I think only if market cap is £10m or 1m oz whichever comes sooner I guess.

1m oz = roughly £18m market cap or almost 10p per share so I’d imagine the directors will be selling around the 9p mark with a hefty profit to then buy their options at 4p!

I really hope we get news Monday/Tuesday that excites the market. If the PFS is still on course for end of September why not organise a webinar after that news has been released!

Morning Quady. The timing of the suggested EGM to oust the board is after BHP are released from the standstill agreement. Details are sketchy but I’d imagine they have a rough idea which new board members they would like in place to implement their plan to sell off Alpala/Sol Gold in entirety!?

They’re obviously waiting to see if BHP launch a bid after the standstill ends and if they don’t then they’ll give details of the EGM.

I’m actually a little nervous about the whole thing and just hope come mid November NM is still at the helm.
