The numbers truly boggle Ship!
Every time I do some speculative calculations on Cobra I’m always convinced they can’t be correct!
Just to add to your insight I know it’s highly unlikely all REE will be in Zone 3 ore but just for fun imagine they were and assume they can prove up a 100Mt or 150Mt deposit which according to Rupert can be done in a tiny percentage of the land holding Cobra has which in itself is unbelievable.
From a previous presentation so might not be relevant but they did mention that in Zone 3 = 1 tonne of ore = 2.1kg MREC @ $20 profit per kg.
100Mt = 2.1kg x 100M = 210,000,000kg @ $20 = $4,200,000,000
150Mt = 2.1kg x 150M = 315,000,000kg @ $20 = $6,300,000,000
Rupert confirmed in most recent seminar price is US$ therefore…
100Mt = £3,172,000,000
150Mt = £4,759,000,000
Are these potentially the kind of figures we’ll see in the scoping study or am I way way off the mark!?
