Ok news, thanks for that.

I try to teach my son when someone is being sneaky, withholding information and generally being evasive and not answering a simple question they usually have something to hide.

I also try teach him when a person tells him it’s none of his business he needs to hold his hands up and say fair enough!

But I do try to lead by example and hope that he appreciates my openness and honesty both with him, family members friends and strangers which is why I have no issues disclosing my share holding here as I have nothing to hide.

Ok news, I’m calm now.

I’m asking this question with as little emotion as possible as genuinely curious.

How many shares do you hold in Red Rock?

So you only sometimes believe in transparency?

When it suits you?

I don’t care about HE1, I’m not invested there!

I’m an investor in Red Rock. What HE1 does is totally irrelevant to my situation as a Red Rock shareholder.

How can you possibly try make out just because HE1 issued shares at a discount therefore Red Rock investors should be content with whatever AB does when issuing shares is beyond me.

The reality is Red Rocks cupboard is well and truly bare.

I’ve read many of your posts News and seen you comment a few times that transparency is important.

I’ve got just over 2.5m shares in Red Rock at an average of 0.2p.

How many shares do you own and at what price news because given your posting count on here it surely must be in the 10’s of millions to spend so much time pumping it!

I’m a shareholder but how anyone can try spin the latest share issue as positive is beyond me!

Forget all the spin the reality is shocking….

“75,000,000 new Ordinary Shares ("Shares") in Red Rock at a subscription price of 0.045 pence per Share pursuant to a subscription in conversion of £33,750 of debt owed to a service provider.“

75 million (million!!) shares for just over £33,000!!!!

Here’s a challenge you probably won’t accept Helpful but seen as you have all the answers surely you can update your calculations showing how much Red Rock actually make after your modelling and ranging analysis taking into consideration the actual percentage they own of the project!!??

Too difficult for you or are you not allowed to give away such inside info??!!

Frustrating thing is I’m very tempted to top up to lower my average but until there’s more clarity on the “gentlemen’s agreements” I’m very reluctant to do so!

What worries me is if Red Rock is in such a good place what is it that the few privileged are privy to that the rest of us aren’t because the continuing decline in market cap and SP is extremely worrying.

What scares me is there a chance that Red Rock delists/goes into administration and the assets are divvied up to those in the know to benefit from at a later date?!

If the board could reassure investors that the above isn’t going to happen with a clearly funded plan for the future projects then I’d happily invest more and I’m sure the market would also turn more positively towards Red Rock.

Can you address the biggest elephant Helpful and breakdown how all this is going to be funded and what percentage Red Rock retain of each project?!

How exactly do shareholders DTOR when the board are deliberating withholding crucial info!!??

I think you’ve pretty much confirmed my point news.

“Certain shareholders” will be allowed to vote not ALL shareholders.

As long as the largest shareholders get their say be damned with the rest of them!!

As a matter of principle I’m still waiting on being allowed to vote on this agreement!!

Doesn’t matter how many shares I own, I’m sure previous RNS’s stated “shareholder approval”!!

I’m a shareholder so why didn’t I get the chance to vote or should it have read “only certain shareholders will be allowed to vote”.

By any chance can anyone confirm can a company state a particular time they want a RNS to be released?

Lord Chaos, this might be a silly question but what if it’s below 50%?

Project not feasible?

So far it all appears to be coming together but until Cobra get the full results back even they won’t know if ISR is feasible.

Fingers crossed it is.

So has the agreement been completed? I make it 7 days and counting unless it was 5 working days and if that was the case why didn’t they say that!!??

Why did AB not post a follow up post showing the trucks he was looking at or is that commercially sensitive info!!?

You trying to say that the only place AB could get trucks from is in the UK then ship them out to BF?!

What about Nigeria??!!

I’d imagine you can get pretty much everything you need from Nigeria which is a hell of a lot closer to BF than the UK!

This smacks of smoke and mirrors and dragging out something that could be done a hell of a lot quicker and a lot less costly!

I’ve only been invested for around a year news and I have only experienced false dawns with Red Rock so I’m not getting my hopes up!

The latest shiny object however does appear to be potentially lucrative to RRR to let’s see how things pan out.
