Surprise surprise no update on DRC money. Now the resolutions have been passed, wonder how long before Barry will be summoned to another meeting!!

Not all investors have the good fortune of having access to extra information due to a close relationship with the CEO that allows them to be comfortable with their investment.

It’s difficult doing research when you’re being told one thing by the company yet they continually do the opposite of what they say they intend to do!

Everyone is entitled to post but that doesn’t mean people can’t disagree/question/query what’s being posted.

That’s the whole point of a public forum.

Spec, thanks for your considered post. I’m sorry but when a see a link to a presentation that is obviously being posted to promote Red Rocks prospects it really really grates on me given where we are just now.

There’s not been any confirmation yet but it’s looking more and more likely that all resolutions will be passed that will allow AB to issue another 1.5B shares.

I invested in Red Rock when I read from the company that lithium production about to commence and DRC money was imminent. I did my research and was hood winked into investing, my fault, I decided to buy but the way the company has been run since I invested has been awful. We know what happened about the lithium production due to a change in Zim regulation but that to me smacks of terrible management not knowing about such a major change in regulation and then having to pivot to “exporting” (don’t get me started on the semantics of that), a novel funding solution that would minimise dilution then a couple of weeks later we get heavily diluted with the mother of all dilutions just around the corner.

If you look back at new releases DRC money has been used consistently leading up to a major event at Red Rock. The orchestrated pump last week was so transparent it was embarrassing yet Helpful posts a link to Red Rock assets in Africa (old news) that requires major funding and when asked a genuine question about it gets uppity, I’m sorry but I read that, did my own research and came to the conclusion how the hell is that going to be funded.

Helpful communicates regularly with AB so of course I’m going to question him about it. He posted the original link.

All these links to this and that and adjacent projects to Red Rock I would argue are totally irrelevant.

How anyone can claim Red Rock is currently in a good place either isn’t invested or has other ways to benefit that your average investor isn’t privy too.

How anyone can defend how Red Rock has been managed in the last 6-8 months since I’ve been invested is beyond me as all I’ve experienced as an investor is a continuous deterioration in my investment due to company mismanagement.

Sorry for the rant but as an investor I’m perfectly entitled to vent my frustrations at how the company is performing and genuinely hope that AB does manage to turns things around but I’m not convinced leopard and spots and all that!

Don’t get tetchy Helpful. My question was genuine. You posted a link to a presentation and I asked you a simple question about it, no malice, no trolling really simple question about how the project was going to be funded and you replied with a patronising comment.

So again the only thing that is relevant to your link is who is going to fund the project?

Until some sort of deal is announced (through proper channels) all that I care about is how is the project going to be funded?

You’re a right patronising so and so! This is where we differ massively. This isn’t a game for me. I’ve invested hard earned money to try and make a profit to benefit both myself and my family. It’s not just for fun and a bit of a laugh, I’m not looking to “play” I’m looking for a genuine answer!

According to the presentation the exploration budget for 15 months is going to cost $2.5m.

Who is going to fund this?

Where’s the $2.5m coming from for this Helpful?

Wow, ok News. Suppose you just came on the scene soon after the new consultant was announced and new investors came out of the woodwork slating shareholders that have had to put up with many false dawns and questionable marketing tactics from the company.

Give it a few months you might see things differently if you’re still invested by then.

Hey News. Is your post sarcasm or are you being genuine when you say “nice, the promised reach RNS”?

Said it at the time and got slated for it but the reach RNS felt like a well orchestrated pump with a clear objective to increase the sp.

Should be investigated by the relevant authorities.

Still of the opinion the integrity of those involved at Red Rock is questionable.

Their defence of any accusations would be they said they “hoped” etc etc never claimed it was a given similar to Helpfuls continuing its ain’t done until it’s done to cover their backs.

I agree with that sentiment Legin but it works both ways for those that ramp as well as de-ramp!

I’m mightily suspicious of the timing of the DRC update given the AGM is next week.

Let’s see what happens next few days but it’s most certainly not nailed on that Red Rock will be awarded funds next week like some are making out!

Question you should be asking is what’s going to happen if they don’t get the funds from DRC!?

As things stand the funds have not been released despite all the newcomers making out like it’s a done deal for next week.

Well it’s certainly not done yet so think about the consequences if it doesn’t materialise next week despite the ramping from newcomers on this BB!

I can remember you posting on Solg many years ago. I was a shareholder there too and managed to get out with a decent profit before it all went pear shaped unlike here.

Anyway good luck with your investment and I hope when you do sell up it’s at a healthy profit.

Of course you’re perfectly entitled to keep that info to yourself but there’s enough smoke and mirrors as it is with this share so hopefully you’ll be open and honest. I get the feeling you act with integrity, honesty and would be a man of your word.

No problem, I currently hold 2,561,000 shares at an average of 1.952p so currently well under but still holding so technically not lost anything yet!

Been in for around 7 months and got hood winked into investing when DRC funds were “imminent” and lithium production was about to begin.

The rest is history as they say including dubious use of imagery by RRR so if you’re not familiar with RRR being a new investor I’d do some more research news into RRR’s recent past.

Juries out on whether there will be any money given to RRR from DRC next week. I’ll believe it when money is actually in the Red Rock bank account.

New consultant comes on board, days later a well worded RNS that doesn’t confirm anything and now the BB awash with new investors saying funds will be released next week which coincidentally is the week that the CEO wants permission to issue another 1.5 Billion, hopefully perfect timing eh?

Whole thing stinks and with new investors screaming from the rooftops it’s a done deal, makes you think the whole thing has been well orchestrated but hey I’m just a de-ramper so what do I know!!?
