I cant see this dropping back to 220 anytime soon unless there's some really bad news or a Director sell, which is misconstrued for them not having faith in the company. As you can see from the recent Broker views this share still has legs. Lets see what the results in January bring. Hoping we get a decent update on how the new acquisitions are performing.

Broker views are £3.50. John Lyttles bonus is dependent on the price increasing 180%! Defo a share worth holding in your sipp or isa!

Totally agree. Not sure why the sp dropped. Drop boohoo investor relations an email if you have questions or concerns. They’ve got back to me when I’ve asked questions.

Shame we don't have the option to buy the remaining stake in PLT until 2022. We would see some real upside if this were to happen sooner. Still an excellent company to be invested in though! :-)

Looking forward to seeing how the recent purchases are performing in January. Hoping they pay for themselves relatively quickly, although we weren’t told how much they were purchased for.

Agree John needs to buy some shares. I used to love the chat on this group a few years ago before the biggest drop (when carol kane sold). C10 was awesome and always seemed to make the right call! The chat was always so positive and rightly so. Hopefully it will return and yes I would love to see BOO move to main market, that would be when we would see some real upturn in the SP.

Excellent points Bruce. I wrote to Boohoo Investor Relations on a number of points. In response to my Dividend Question I had the following back -
"On our dividend policy, the directors did not recommend the payment of a dividend this year so that cash could be retained in the group for capital expenditure projects that are required for the rapid growth and efficiency improvements of the business and for suitable business acquisitions."

It was at the agm today. He was asked the question and said that production had not been stopped yet.

According to Colin, production in Slovenia has not stopped.

Whichever way you decide to vote against the 7 Resolutions, HL have confirmed that your votes will have to be in by the 07/06 at the latest for them to be counted. When you call HL to vote ask them for written confirmation of your choices via email. If you decide to come to the AGM on the 18th June (09:30), make sure you ask HL for a Letter of Representation ASAP. This letter shows how many shares you own in the company. If you don’t have this letter on the day then you will NOT be able to vote if the BoD decide to do a show of hands against the Resolutions!

Other Brokers will have their own lead times on registering your votes and requesting a Letter of Representation, so best to find out what these are.
