Not sure what you mean by carnage but likely to be a rise, then moderate drop and then a rise again in the near term to surpass the ath we saw today. Standard pattern with this share. Holding long so no issues really.

0.86% = circa 10m shares. The directors sold 50m just before Xmas which caused the drop to around 260p. Hoping that IF some of these are sold off (to ii’s) the drop isn’t as big. I’d be very surprised if they do sell them off so soon. There is still significant upside looking at the recent broker rating reiterations.

The shares aren’t being sold. Agree they are being gifted for IHT purposes. This is just normal behaviour (i.e. making your child joint owner of your house). Not sure why this was taken so badly by the market.

Sure it can’t be hard for boohoo to set up some sort of scheme which takes this clothing and does something useful with it. There are lots of charities around the uk that will take this clothing and give it away for free. I know others won’t as they want to be able to resell it.

TPT - the only person that has overstepped the mark is CH. As for proof, I have lots in emails (and phone calls when they used to answer the phone) where he claims to be doing one thing but then someone else happens. Sure he’s sent the same emails to others. Like I’ve said before pointless posting them now as he and the other crooks from the BoD have moved on. Yes, I believe they were all in it together. I also read out statements he made to me over email at investor meetings and called him out on them. His face turned red and he faced the other way when responding. That to me speaks volumes!
