Totally agree. The only thing we should be looking at in Slovenia is litigation. Even if the permits do come through, Slovenian authorities will look for another way to throw a spanner in the works. For example, not renewing the license. If we’ve got such a strong case, like previous iterations or the BoD have intimated so many times, why is that not the only option on the table.

Surprised a lot of people didn’t bother dialling in and ask questions themselves rather than relying on others to ask their questions for them. The cc lasted about 45mins in total, 4 people asked questions, others just listened to the responses. This will hopefully be a regular thing now until we get somewhere so hopefully other investors will ask questions about their investments.

They did say that they would have these sessions more regularly so worth asking that they get something in the calendar for next month and at a more reasonable time when more people can attend. Surprised only 4 people asked questions when so many people have issues with the way that the company has been run to date. I’m hoping that whatever news they put out next will be followed up by an interview.

Agree H5O. AD did not seem interested in legacy shareholders - concerning. Still willing to associate with JB for a short period of time but will probably be longer than he intimated - concerning. Not very interested in Slovenia, when we apparently have a very strong case - concerning.

See what the next few weeks bring. Bottom drawer for these golden nuggets for the foreseeable I think.

The seismic work was completed but not by John buggenhagen. He got some people in who were better skilled to complete the work - in his own words. So shareholders got hit with the bill twice for the seismics. Agree, the results of this were never shared. Early on in his tenure he made out that the results would be shared, then later on the story changed and it was more a case of ‘the company acting on the results of the seismics’. I think early on he had good intentions but then he got greedy and looked for legal ways to rip of shareholders. Hanging out with colin Hutchinson and Louis Castro didn’t help. I questioned him numerous times on his actions and he claimed that everything he was doing was in line with guidance from the nomad.

Worth 200m apparently. So happy to accept 100m from Geo...

- What happened to the raises carried out last year? John buggenhagen and Louis Castro raised cash for a compressor which was never purchases.
- why are we not pursuing legal action against the Slovenian government as the only resort? The clearly don’t want us there and have made this quite clear over the years. This seems the only way to recover the 50m investment.
- why is the Ascent twitter account being used to tweet about non-company related material? This makes the company look very unprofessional.
- why does Ascent Resources seem to attract the sort of board members that just want to rip off retail
Investors? The BoD to date seem to have no moral compass and look for legal ways to rip of shareholders.

I guess none of these questions will get asked or answered this afternoon as the questions will be pre-selected. You can see why on one rushes to buy this share now can’t you... we need a BoD with a proven track record and integrity for this company to progress.

They were talking about the paperwork to extend last March in the GM when John Buggenhagen (our so called saviour) was introduced to us and saved Colin Hutchinson’s skin! Made out to be a formality but no word on it since.

Stef has gone quiet on us. Was ramping ast like anything over the last few weeks and now can’t answer a simple question. As good as the BoD of this s***show of a company. That’s coming from someone who is still heavily invested!

Someone will make something but I can guarantee it won’t be shareholders. With con men like these at the helm we stand no chance. This company seems to attract them - colin Hutchinson, clive carver, Nigel Moore, Cameron Davies, John buggenhagen, louis Castro and now the new lot.... jam tomorrow.

Just waiting for the current BoD to stop blagging on and get on and do something. All hot air atm. Same as the previous BoD and yet to price they can do anything. The sp will start moving north once they do something positive. Dilution, placings, patting each other on the backs, etc.. doesn’t count. Look at John buggenhagen.... joined the company and claimed to be the saviour. Lied repeatedly to shareholders and raised cash for a compressor only to pay himself.

Losing track of what the share divider is with this company with all the placings, dilutions, share consolidations. Any management or companies associated or have been associated (yellow jersey, Cassiopeia, etc) should be lined up against a wall and ..... (insert appropriate word here) for lying and deceiving investors over the years.

A leopard doesn’t change its spots.... how many con men have we had in the BoD. I’m one of those LTHs which no-one don’t give a f about. Sitting on massive losses but I’m not encouraging other investors to lose money here just so I can bail. There are a lot of other companies which are better managed and whose BoD have not integrity! Be very weary and DYOR before even considering investment here!

Can someone tell me what Stef’s role is in the company? She seems to have come out of nowhere and is repeatedly blowing the trumpet for this s*** show! A lot of people have lost money in the company and no one has told us what is being done to recover the cash that has been lost to date. Answer the hard hitting questions and you stand more chance of getting investment from real investors and not just those that are taking a punt!

@Stef - Can you ask the new CEO how he is any different to any of the other con artists we've had in this role before? Shareholders were repeatedly lied to over the years by the likes of Colin Hutchinson, Clive Carver, John Buggenhagen, Louis Castro, etc. Not sure how the new guy any different, as AST seems to attract this sort.

You were in the audience at the last AST meeting in London and asked JB and JP numerous questions. Were you a planted in the audience to ask those questions or were you genuinely interested?
