The current BoD have no values like colin Hutchinson, clive carver, Nigel Moore, Cameron Davies, John
Buggenhagen, Louis Castro, etc. All rip of merchants and conmen intent on ripping shareholders off. Then you got stuffy of Cassiopeia fame who promotes these clowns and tries to make out that they’re on track to deliver something. The 100 to 1 Consolidation was the worst thing that got voted through and has given the BoD the ability to dilute even further.

As for unethical business practices.... look at the banking sector before commenting on the fashion sector. Unless you hadn't noticed we are still trying to recover from the 2008 banking crisis.... caused by a number of FTSE 100 companies.

This is clearly a short attack in an attempt to get the SP down.

Not to forget the recent acquisitions and the Management Incentive Plan recently announced.

Totally agree that the BoD need to put out a statement to stabilise the price and reassure the market. They seem to be keeping quiet so must be working on this. I have sent them an email asking them to release a statement. Suggest other real investors (non-shorters) do the same - investorrelations@boohoo.com.

I think this will continue to rise next week. Looking at £4 in the next few weeks if not sooner. SLA selling out was priced in by CoP Friday.

One thing I would suggest is that they look to improve their supply chain ASAP and base their management incentive plan bonus on the outcome of these improvements being successful.

What stakeholder engagement are these idiots referring to? They have not kept shareholders apprised of ongoing progress as there isn’t any! Also why are they wasting cash hosting the agm in London when shareholders can’t attend? They could just do it online.?

The BoD are shockingly bad here and have been for years. Lie after lie and use legal loopholes to rip shareholders off. Seems to attract the worst sort of con man. But on the bright side only 3 more working days until the pubs open!
