I might be reading it incorrectly but as far as I can judge they don't say what value they will attach to each share on cancelation. They could say for example say each share to be cancelled has a value of £1.48 but we will pay each shareholder only 20p on cancellation. This would explain why the SP hasn't reacted by climbing by £1.48 from the pre disturbed price.
