Tell us how and when. 7000 employees and a BOD of the great and the good is all very well when you are doing well. If they can't organically grow their way out of it, which seems to be the case (what happened to the whopper strategy) they need to be slashing the headcount. Roughly they are forecasting an operational EBITDA (Charlie Munger would have called this a BS number) of 12k per employee. Seems like a lot of huffing and puffing for piffling 12k per head.
