You should read the various results presentations. The share issuance to come is fully disclosed in each one for this and next year. If this is news to you then you haven't done your homework.

Moodys ratings are about as useful as a chocolate fire guard but they have downgraded on the basis of another revenue miss. Why S4 can’t get this right is really a mystery. Given this has been going on for 18 months now the CGO should go.
