SEE and SEYE, it's like comparing apples and pears. But some don't get that, including Viktor. He's a decent bloke, met him at CMD, but his understanding of DMS /DSM is what you'd expect of a financial analyst ie clueless, eye tracking is eye tracking and so on.

As for his information re VW and STM, again totally clueless. STM did win business with VW but it had nothing to do with DMS. Once that's taken into account, Viktors piece falls apart and so it should.

That's not to say one Tier 2 will win all of any particular OEM as different location means different, or no, rules. But, with 3 Pillars etc SEE will do very well. And no, I won't compare apples and pears. I'll leave that to others.

The best world exclusive that I can remember is they reported a double decker bus found on the Moon. How many people believed what they read? About the same percentage that believe SEYE has won VW. I'm not sure Viktor was even born when the world woke up to that story so well done Viktor for the best one since.

Well, it's perhaps down a bit to the difference between 2 brokers. One makes a story up, no proof, about VW and OEMs choosing hardware agnostic - why?, seems a totally stupid business idea, Viktor) whilst the other keeps it strictly to the facts, or wants to see $$$. So, one is totally unrealistic (and really continues to show his ignorance about the tech, Viktor) whilst the other one seems to have joined the ultra conservative wing of the brokers guild.

Everyone, including Cenkos, know SEE is worth far North of 7.2p but Cenkos hasn't yet followed Paul out of stealth mode.

Agm is correct, shouldn't be a problem but who knows. All I would say it's possible the next financially significant RNS will take SEE to 10p and beyond (where IMO it should be already) and if you follow SEE as PM suggested, you may view a number of such RNS between now and the end of the year. But, who knows

Maybe, maybe not. For SEYE though, the sad truth is that it's possible, bar minor engineering fees (as its business model assumes the Tier 1 will do most of the work with SEYEs hardware agnostic software, that it will get minimal fees from its Gen1 offering. Despite, what appears a few short lived BMW models, nothing else has got to SOP. And it would appear, if the Polestar is anything to go by, nothing else is expected in the near future. And that is a big gap. Which will continue for another 3-4 years. Gen2 models will kick in but that gap remains. What TLS said yesterday is probably pretty close to the truth. Factor in the loss of Gen1 licence fees and at the very least you put profitability back by some time, especially if concentrating on China.

So, maybe, maybe not. Only when it's apparent SEYE has lost more than it wishes to admit, will it have to admit it. Unless it sells beforehand.

You mean Martin? Viktors missed that in his note on the raise. How much is a good question, enough to convince IIs to effectively loan SEYE a króna for 6-24 months. What rate of return would they want?

Yes, on the face of it, the new placement is enough to get SEYE through to profitability. However, with all those 'delayed' models meaning delayed income, it could well be it's enough to get SEYE to the point of being sold. Worth at present about £165 million, what will the sale price be?

Smart Eye 'is still a leader.... DWs....'. Well, that's okay but in some cases DWs don't appear to get to SOP, there's a number of missing models from SEYEs earlier wins that haven't been explained, saying it's covered by 'expected start date' isn't good enough after it's late by over a year. This is tech and a year is a long time and means those licence fees don't hit the bottom line either later or ever.

In September 2019 SEE issued an RNS, rumour was it was an emergency order. At the CMD, ND said latest contract win happened so fast.

Since then, no reveals by SEYE, the BMW 3 was among the last 2 that were revealed. BMW is missing 3 BMW models to date.

Recently Jimbo unearthed what looked like a refreshed BMW 3 for next year I believe.
