Excellent find, and kind of puts those that were backing the auditors in their place. A disgraceful way to run a company, but very encouraging for holders that all might not be so bad with the books. Interesting that an initial three months turned into nine months.

I probably worded that badly. I would be ok with some kind of incentive linked to the share price, but wouldn’t like to see any bonus handed out for presiding over this shambles. If we benefit, then they should benefit.

I don’t understand why they don’t just say something like “expected on x date, subject to audit”. That isn’t blaming anyone, just presumably indicating the date that they have been given?

Far more professional than blaming them in an email, and might even stop people from feeling the need to get in touch in the first place.

I certainly hope none of the BOD are rewarded in any way after this, and would be nice to see them buy a meaningful amount of shares once allowed.

Still hopeful that it will be this week, hopefully after close of play to be able to fully digest the content, before trading from 07:30 the next day.

It’s just likeminded individuals killing time until there is some news.

It’s near impossible to get in touch with anyone at investor relations, so I doubt LinkedIn would be any better. And, what can they tell us anyway?

So, if people want to moan on here, then go ahead and moan. Either ignore, scroll by or filter. It’s really that simple.

I’m no accountant, but I doubt they can drag them out to make sure they get more business. It’s not the Forth Road Bridge, even though it feels like it.

That’s around £1.10-£1.45 per share on those figures, I would be very happy with that as a starting point if there is nothing too sinister causing the delay.

I would imagine that on the release of any news (as long as it’s good) then the price would spike up and then drift back down during the day & eventually settle.

Who knows though, could be bids, stake building or even a dividend if it’s left to grow on its own.

Should know soon enough. After close today would be just fine, to give all weekend to digest what is said and build up a head of steam for opening on Monday.

That seems to be just the way it is.

After putting up with this nonsense for far too long, I would be furious if that were to happen. To not realise the full potential of this company would be the final kick in the chuckies. I would hope that those with deep pockets would try and get a piece of the action, particularly as we are in a very popular and growing market. I also hope that our BOD would earn their corn and do everything they could for us, the owners.

Surmising is all we can do while we wait. This board is a good place to share thoughts, ideas and even have a little bit of fun.

This will come to an abrupt end when that announcement is made and all the nutters turn up. I can’t wait!

The only way they can appease me as a shareholder is to announce that the reason they have taken so long is they couldn’t believe the results were that good, so had commission the building of a new calculator with extra 0’s on it

Since I’ve been wrong so many times on the expected timeframe, from thinking initially it would be a couple of weeks, to the disappointment of last minute announcements of more delays after each promised deadline, I have now decided to change tack.

I fully expect this to be trading again in time for Christmas 2023.

Let’s hope it’s incompetence rather than anything sinister.

The only positive thing I can think of is I haven’t been able to spend the money I have tied up here on crap shares. Let’s hope that this one is a winner and we clear £1 on opening.

I do claim that BDO haven’t given an accurate timeline.

Are you suggesting that our BOD aren’t fully appraised of what’s going on or how long it’s likely to take?

Or did they just make up the timeline on their own without any input?

I’m sure the work that the auditors do is very challenging and they have industry regulations to follow. That doesn’t stop them giving an accurate timeline, surely? Or even a timeline with a bit of wiggle room? I think people are giving this company far too easy a ride. In any workplace there are regulations and tight timelines, this has been an unmitigated disaster, and we shareholder’s deserve much better.

I’m not sure anyone should be making excuses any more for either our company or the auditors.

I agree that it isn’t Bob Holts fault, but it is his fault that we haven’t been given any explanation of exactly why it’s taking so long, or what exactly the hold up is.

I am fed up thinking that they can’t possibly miss another deadline, and that also lies squarely at him.

I’m deluded enough to believe that it will be after close today.

On the announcement of 28th February reference banking covenants, we were told they had £11 million cash and covenants would be tested quarterly.

Does anyone know if this test will be RNS’d? We should be due news on that if so, on top of everything else.
