The definition of “cheap” would most likely depend on when you bought your shares. Anyone that was in at IPO would probably think that anything under £1.50 was cheap. Anyone that bought before suspension might think something else. Remember how many people came here to say that it would never trade again?

I would be very disappointed at anything under £1, purely because it’s been a tough hold, and the historic problems seem now to be behind us.

Personally, I don’t think it will be sold in the near term, so I’d like to see how far we can go it alone.

I think BOO, ASOS & THG are currently basket cases. Mike Ashley has been increasing his stake in ASOS through Fraser’s, and he is well known for buying companies on the cheap or even out of administration.

REVB are only at the beginning of their journey, have made some excellent partnerships to get into the mass market, both here and abroad, have their own production facilities, and are hopefully now making a profit. This is a reasonably recession proof company, making cheap products that young people need. Add all of that to low and manageable debt, and you have an excellent opportunity at anything under 50p (in my opinion). You would have to think that there must be some suitors out there, whether it’s other companies looking to add to their portfolio, or investment groups looking to build value and sell on.

I’d be gutted if we are sold before we are able to offer a dividend, unless it’s an offer that’s too good to turn down.

It’s suspended, it doesn’t really matter what wild theories are discussed, otherwise you might as well suspend this board as well. It’s quite nice to share ideas and try and help each other, without the trolling you get on most other boards. They’ll be back once we’re trading again, so enjoy the peace while you can.

I would not pay too much attention to anything I say, I am pretty useless at this. I actually gave up investing a couple of years ago, just after I gave up gambling - I was getting myself into bother, and the two things are very similar (for me, anyway). I started investing again after the war in Ukraine, saw an opportunity and couldn’t resist. That went well, so that’s why I’ve ended up here.

I know I should sell and get out as soon as possible, I don’t think I will ever be able to take a loss, the gambler in me wants to throw more money at it, rather than accepting it and moving on.

Ideal scenario for me would be enough to put a meaningful amount into a dividend paying share (GKP would be my choice just now), but I will have to see how this works out.

None of us knows anyone else’s situation, it isn’t easy to make money against all of the odds and those that seek to manipulate everything.

The share price was above 60p before all of this kicked off, so that’s the starting point. It spent a quite a while above £1, so there’s no reason that it shouldn’t be there or thereabouts, assuming that they have kitchen sinked all of the bad news. You would imagine that that has happened, it must be easier to blame everything on the previous management.

It just depends on what the delay is for now.

Bob Holt is our “full time” CEO, along with being part time chairman at three other companies, an ambassador for another and a trustee for another. He earns £360k from REVB, and probably does ok with the rest of them. I sincerely hope he is giving this s**t show his full attention, those shares he’s “earned” are currently worth £570k, so even at a lowly 50p, he’s got £1.5 million worth.

I hope he’s fully invested for those people that bought at £1 and over, and I’d like to see him and Elizabeth Lake put their hands in their own pockets to purchase a sizeable amount. I find these people’s ambitions are never truly aligned with ours unless their own cash is at risk. I far prefer an incentive scheme, if we do well, they do well. Doing it the way they have, they are the only guaranteed winners.

That’s my biggest concern. What is taking so long, this isn’t normal. BOO buying more was suspicious, that very generous share award is worrying, I don’t personally think they have done anything to merit it. Hopefully that’s because of something good behind the scenes, but when will we find out?

I would doubt that anything would even try and prosecute anyone found to have committed fraud. More likely be offered a peerage and a seat in the House of Lords - they’re all at it.

You are probably right though, massive money will be made, but unlikely to be in our favour.

Anyone else feeling grateful that the top two were awarded 4.5 million shares? Can’t have them missing out, not after all they’ve done for us.

There wasn’t many of us that thought we would be suspended for nearly ten months (and counting).

Thanks for sharing. Isn’t it annoying that we have to annoy Bob Holt for tiny snippets of information because we have no other choice? The goodwill they have because this shambles was not their making has long since run out. I do believe that BDO were a major contributing factor, but that’s not the case now. Friday seems to be a popular day to release news, let’s see.

The only thing that I can’t figure out is if that is legal? I thought that news has to be released in a timely manner, although maybe being in suspension changes that?

As my as we all seem delighted with the appointment of Bob Holt and Elizabeth Lake, they have done absolutely nothing to improve the terrible investor relations for this company. Emails not being answered is basic, to no reliable information given as to what is happening. They cannot blame BDO for that.

I hope there is something going on in the background that will benefit us all, those two need to do something to justify a 4.5 million share bonus.

I hope there’s a very valid reason for this latest delay.

I was desperate for this to resume trading, but if it had started trading after the initial RNS, then it may not have been in the best interests of holders.

I don’t know if there is any movement in delaying things until potentially “better” news is released, or if it has to be done at the time, with the agreement of the NOMAD?

I hope that whatever they are doing is in our best interests, which we will find out soon. With a 4.5 million shares bonus to our top two, it’s also in their best interest.

One thing is sure, this has been the longest I’ve held any share, so at least I haven’t been able to trade it & lose out.

It does look like they are gaining traction around the globe with a mass market, cheap product approach. In times of austerity, that doesn’t seem like a bad business model. I’m still upbeat and excited to see what the next set of figures say & what the top two have done to merit a 4.5 million share bonus.

Hopefully we’ll get a “whale” of an RNS within a “Fortnite”

I think we all want rid of BDO, but the company wants to keep them, and that’s good enough for me.

Interesting that they want the ability to purchase up to 14.99% of shares, and also the ability to cash in to deal with any preemptive offers. I don’t know if this is standard practice, but I’d assume that there is usually something in place, rather than having to call an EGM?

I also think that the figures are disappointing, then I remember all those months ago when this all started & nobody knew how long, how bad and how much corruption there would be.

If some of the regular posters back then were to be believed, we would never come out of suspension, and if we did, would be close to 0p. Even those banging on about too much debt can’t argue that it isn’t manageable, and even normal for a growth company. 99% of AIM companies dilute shareholders out of existence to raise funds in a near impossible market.

So, I suppose if we knew then what we know now, I’d certainly be happy to buy at 19p.

It does seem strange that there isn’t a firm date when we will resume trading, but the management team seem to be on top of things thus far, so I personally don’t see anything to worry about. Who knows, there might even be a very good reason?
